This exclusive apartment is located in a historic building that has been completely renovated without losing part of its essence. It is located on Calle Santa Patrona a few meters from the Cathedral, the Giralda and Torre del Oro.
Upon entering the apartment, we find on the right the kitchen open to the living room with all the necessary equipment for its use. The living room - dining room in front of the kitchen, furnished to detail, with a sofa bed, Smart TV, dining table, side table and reading chair that will make your stay cozy and pleasant. To the left of the kitchen is a long corridor with a beautiful stone wall and to the right is the master bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 1.90 meters), a wardrobe and a beautiful bay window. At the end of the corridor we can find a large bathroom with a shower.

The location is excellent. In the center, within walking distance of most sights, yet quiet enough. The decor is nice. Comfortable beds. Spacious for 2 guests. Kitchen is well equipped for those who like to cook themselves. Code for the doors is useful, so you can´t forget or lose a key.
In the bathroom there are several moisture spots, both at the bottom of the walls from the ground and at the top of the ceiling. There are a lot of eel hole motts in the bathroom, which is a sign of a sewer problem, this is anything but pleasant. The whole apartment has a smell like a damp basement or sewer, so not pleasant. The ceiling light in the bathroom was broken. It´s pretty dark inside, too. You have to keep the lights on.

L´emplacement était parfait et m´a permis de visiter Séville à pied! Plusieurs commerces autour permettant de manger et de faire quelques achats. L´appartement est superbement décoré et aménagé, confortable et bien équipé. Les hôtes répondent rapidement si on a besoin. Comme je faisais du télétravail, j´étais contente de la performance du wifi.
Au début j´ai reçu les instructions uniquement en espagnol, ce qui fait que j´ai eu de la difficulté à comprendre le fonctionnement des équipements de l´appartement au début. Si j´avais une critique à faire, ce serait de rafraichir la salle de bain. Tout le reste de l´appartement est impeccable, très bien aménagé et décoré, mais la salle de bain est très sobre et démontre clairement des signes d´infiltration d´eau.
