C’est un véritable joyau du design intérieur italien, un mélange d’élégance, de confort et de modernité. Elle se compose de 4 chambres spacieuses et de 5 salles de bains entièrement revêtues de marbres italiens prestigieux.
L’entrée principale mène à un salon spacieux et élégant avec une bibliothèque attenante dotée d’un système de sol radiant pour le froid comme pour le chaud, orné de meubles et d’accessoires de designer et d’un sol en parquet exclusif. De là, un couloir donne accès à une salle de bain indépendante en marbre blanc et à la première chambre double, comprenant un lit de 1,60 m et une armoire très spacieuse et raffinée avec éclairage LED à détecteur. Au même étage, nous trouvons la chambre principale, un merveilleux espace avec terrasse privée, télévision de 60 pouces, un élégant dressing et une salle de bain/spa composée d’une douche de 4 mètres carrés et d’un majestueux jacuzzi avec hydromassage.
Un escalier intérieur mène à l’étage supérieur qui se compose d’un salon avec télévision de 60 pouces et vue sur une grande terrasse/solarium, une chambre avec un lit de 1,60 m, une salle de bain privée en suite et un grand dressing.
En descendant les escaliers au rez-de-chaussée, on trouve une grande buanderie équipée d’une machine à laver et d’un sèche-linge. Au même étage, il y a un spacieux salon-salle à manger avec une télévision de 65 pouces et vue sur le jardin, une cuisine entièrement équipée de tous les appareils et vaisselle nécessaires, avec un comptoir en marbre et un réfréfrigérateur côte à côte. Adjacent à l’espace de vie, il y a une grande salle de sport vitrée avec vue sur le jardin, équipée d’un gymnase mural Technogym, d’un vélo d’appartement, d’une machine à ramer, d’un banc, de ballons de gymnastique et d’une salle de bain complète. À côté de la salle de sport, se trouve un bain turc avec deux chaises longues ergonomiques confortables où se détendre après l’activité physique.
Enfin, toujours au rez-de-chaussée, se trouve une quatrième suite élégante avec dressing donnant accès à une magnifique salle de bain en marbre.
La villa dispose d’une place de parking privé au sein de la propriété et est entourée d’un splendide jardin avec une piscine de détente et équipée de meubles d’extérieur confortables pour se relaxer au soleil ou pour prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec vue sur la piscine.
