Appartement agréable et très bien placé
L´appartement est tel que sur les photos, très bien décoré et parfaitement équipé. Emplacement idéal, proche des commerces, restaurants, calme - pas trop de passage de voitures- et plage à 5 minutes à pieds. Idéal aussi si vous venez pour des cours d´espagnol ( c´était notre cas...) car l´école Enforex est dans le même bâtiment! Exposition plein sud permettant de profiter du balcon.
Le ménage aurait pu être mieux fait, car la propreté était approximative. Je n´ai su qu´en fin de semaine qu´un ménage avec changement des serviettes de toilette pouvait être fait en milieu de semaine, dommage, cela aurait été apprécié. Il faudrait le signaler dès le début, ça serait mieux. Pas de place de parking prévue avec l´appartement et les parkings à Marbella sont chers...

Labai gera lokacija. Apartamente yra gerai įrengta virtuvė su orkaite, indaplove, kaitlente, mikrobangų krosnele, dideliu šaldytuvu ir skalbimo mašina. Apartamentai su erdvia bendrąja zona ir terasa. Du miegamieji su dviem vonios kambariais.
Būdavo sunku kiekvieną kartą rasti parkavimo vietą. Norėtųsi tamsių užuolaidų miegamuosiuose, nes ankstyva šviesa žadindavo per anksti. Girdėjosi triukšmas iš gatvės.

The apartment is clearly and accurately described. Great location as it’s a maximum 15min drive from most places and a short walk to the beach. The bedrooms are perfect for a short stay and the living areas are very spacious. The balcony adds great openness to the apartment. Slight downside, the bathrooms tend to flood when showering, although this didn’t bother us too much. Overall, fantastic place and highly recommend.

Awesome holidays!!! Grate host! There was all You need for holidays. Property is close to everything- beach and Old town of Marbella. All bars and cafes are working every day. In the morning You can go down and there are cafes next to property where You can eat breakfast OR if You want to make Your own- can buy everything You need in market right next to property entrance. There is kitchen in apartment with dish waching machine, fridge, stove and all other stuff you might need. Apartment is well decorated and modern. Even If You want to watch TV, You will find anything You want- we choose Netflix. There are 2 seperate bedrooms- one with big double bed, other with 2 beds. But if there comes bigger family sofa bed is comfortable for sleeping too. There are 2 bathrooms with showers. Towels are there too. We bought towels for going to beach because those in apartment are white and they would be damaged if we use them. Loved to sit on balcony in the evening, there is a lot of space. Even if it is raining, balcony is dry. There is air conditioner in both bedrooms and living room. We travelled with kid and concerned about sleeping at night but it wasn´t loud there. In the evening we went eating to beach side or Old town. Everything is close by car if You want to have fun with kids or just love to be active during Your holidays, for example- Benalmadena Cable car or Selwo Adventure as same as Selwo Marina. Also Aquamijas (should reserve tickets before). We recimmend to go to Ronda for one full day. Only thing You might think about is parking- we rented a car and parking is right there, next to entrance, as same as market, BUT we had a bus, and the hight of it was around 1,8m. In parking next to this property we couldn´t get in. Anyway, we found parking very close, but be ready that it will cost You 30EUR a day or 0,55 cents for a minute.

Muy buena estancia, aun que el acceso con carrito de bebé no es práctico, debería haber alguna rampa para poder acceder al patio interior, también he echado e menos parking privado.
