This magnificent first quality apartment tastefully decorated is a magnificent option to enjoy the city of Seville in all its splendor. A spacious duplex with private terrace, modern but comfortable, distributed on two levels.
On the first floor, which is accessed from the hall, there is a welcoming living room with dining area and large windows that give it luminosity. On the same level, there’s the first of the two bedrooms, with queen size bed -160x200cm- and bathroom en suite with rain shower. The other bedroom has two single beds and a study/work area with a beautiful vintage desk. The second bathroom, complete with bath with shower incorporated, is independent and with access from the hallway. For its part, the kitchen, modern and with first brands furniture and appliances, is fully equipped and disposes as well of bar for breakfast.

Customer service was great. Every time we needed, we reached them in Whatsapp and problems solved. Thanks for the support! We were welcomed by the a friendly mate called Victor. Great reception too. Location is the best you can get in Sevilla. It was very very hot outside, nearly 35degrees, but with the central AC we were more than happy when inside. Beds were very good too. The terrace is lovely and you get a good view to La Giralda. Certainly I´ll be back and recommend the place. Thanks for everything.
Only thing that can be improved is the wifi, both reach and speed. It worked for a holiday trip, but if we were working from there it would be difficult.

I stayed at this property for 11 days and it was perfect. It’s located in the center of town right by the cathedral. You are close to a variety of bars and restaurants and just a short walk from the shops. The apartment was very clean and the building was quiet. I would have thought that we were the only ones in the building. I highly recommend staying here if visiting Seville.

buena ubicación seminuevo cómodo muy cerca de todo se hace todo a pie no hace falta coger transporte y de los puntos que más me gustaron fue que me dejaron la salida del apartamento un par de horas más sin coste alguno y eso se agradece mucho muy contentos y satisfechos.

客厅很大，卧室都很小。不知道是这里的习惯原因？住的酒店、公寓都没有抽纸，很不习惯。除了厨房大垃圾桶和厕所小垃圾桶，房间都没有垃圾桶。
La terraza con vistas a la Giralda me enamoró ,lo amplio y limpio, y con todo lo necesario a tu disposición, a solo unos pasos de los monumentos de Sevilla totalmente recomendable gracias lola castro
Très bien place au pied de la Cathédrale et de l Alcazar. Toutes les visites peuvent se faire à pied. Superbe appartement au calme tout en étant dans un quartier très vivant
Une machine Expresso serait un plus ... s il faut être difficile
La terraza tendría que haber estado más limpia, tanto la mesa como las sillas necesitaron una buena limpieza para poder hacer uso de ellas.

El apartamento está en un lugar privilegiado, en el centro y muy cerca de todos los sitios que interesan visitar. En una zona de restaurantes, pero perfectamente insonorizado. Apartamento amplio, bonito y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias. Cocina completamente equipada.
Para mi gusto, las camas un pelin duras. De vez en cuando uno de los baños, olia a tuberia.

Estimada Marcela, lamentamos mucho que no haya tenido una buena experiencia durante su estancia, pero sería muy importante que contara la verdad al completo. Efectivamente se dejaron las llaves puestas por dentro de la cerradura, por lo que no pudieron acceder desde fuera y llamaron a nuestra compañera de incidencias. Hay que decir que ya en el check in se les informó de que tuvieran precaución con esto, y además detrás de la puerta hay un cartel avisando de que no se dejen las llaves puestas puesto que sino la puerta no se puede abrir desde fuera y en ese caso los clientes se hacen cargo del coste del cerrajero. En esa puerta hay también un cartel con las normas del apartamento, la contraseña del wifi (que vieron sin problema usaron durante su estancia), y el número de nuestro departamento de incidencias (que también vieron y anotaron, y al que llamaron cuando no pudieron acceder al aaprtamento), por lo que nos resulta muy extraño que no vieran el aviso sobre la cerradura. Cuando llamaron a nuestra compañera, un sábado por la noche, se desplazó nuestra compañera para intentar abrir la cerradura ella misma, pero al no ser posible debimos llamar a un cerrajero, y cuando se os informó de que dicho coste lo tendrían que asumir ustedes, fue cuando protestasteis de que no sabíais eso, de manera muy maleducada y agresiva. Es por ello que se les cobró a su tarjeta de crédito el importe del cerrajero (80€ + iva =96,80€) y le enviamos a su mail la factura. No creemos que sea algo exclusivo de Sevilla, sino que la mayoría de puertas de todo el mundo, si se dejan unas llaves puestas por dentro, luego no es posible abrir desde fuera, y obviamente creemos que es lógico que sean los clientes los que asuman el coste de ese "olvido", más cuando han sido advertidos en varias ocasiones y de manera diferente. The location is excellent and very convenient for the major attractions Many good and varied tapas bars / restaurants on the doorstep along Mateos Gago, very handy for an 80 year old with reduced mobility. A huge choice further afield. Apartment well equipped with nothing missing and washing powder and dishwasher tablets supplied. Plenty of crockery, glasses etc. Good bathrooms good with a walk-in shower very handy for older people. Good shower over tiny bath in other bathroom. Good air conditioning. Handy shop around the corner and supermarkets within a few minutes walk for supplies.
The stairs did not have a handrail which made them too much for an 80 year old with reduced mobility to attempt, so we did not use the upper room or terrace. However, the weather was so hot, staying over 30C until late at night, we would not have used them much anyway, but it would have been disappointing had the weather been cooler. There is no English channel on the TV, but you can use Netflix and link it to an ipad etc if you bring login details with you. A nightmare to get to by car if you want to drop off luggage, closest car parks are easy to find but expensive. Recommended car park is cheaper but a good walk.
The apartment was very central, in a side street overlooking the cathedral. There was lots of space for a family of 4, with sofas and tables on 2 levels and 2 separate bathrooms. It was extremely hot in Seville but the air conditioning worked well and kept the apartment cool. There was a lift inside the building to the appartment.
There was limited communication with the host in advance, even though I asked a couple of questions about check in. For boutique accommodation, I would have appreciated simple things such as hand soap and powder for the washing machine. It was difficult to check out, as you needed the key to open the main door but were asked to leave the keys in the apartment. It meant one person needing to stay downstairs with all of the bags. The interior decoration and upholstery needed a deep clean or upgrading.
