In this apartment the following hospitality services are provided:

* As long as it appears in your Booking Confirmation included in the price, otherwise, it would have a separate price.

• Luggage storage service upon request.
• Private transfer service (airport or bus / train station) upon request.

It’s a beautiful old house with ample spaces
The most important problem in the house is the air conditioners that do not work and I am convinced that it is something known to its owners. The heat in the house and rooms was more intense than outside in the streets of Seville. The week we were there was not one of the hottest, so I guess in the middle of summer the house must be hell. The heat was so intense in a couple of rooms that one of my relatives decided to leave the house to an NH hotel (2 rooms) even under consideration of double payment. I requested fans to try to compensate and the response was negative. Scarce kitchen utensils for a house of 14 guests. Non-functional washing machine. I definitely do not recommend it and would not return.

We want to assure you that we have already taken steps to rectify all the issues you encountered, including a thorough inspection of the apartment to ensure everything is in proper working order to avoid these inconveniences with our future clients. The space and the intimacy of the home. Appropriate for the region and it’s history and culture. I enjoyed that the kids that were with us had space to play.

Our family enjoyed the property, the location was great everything was walking distance- restaurants, bars, coffee/ Ice cream shops. Sightseeing was close by. I stayed at this location with 7 of my colleagues, and we enjoyed the apartment-style living that gave each of us our personal space. Each bedroom had it´s own bathroom, and the common area was large enough to fit us all when we wanted to come together. The location in the city is perfect—quiet street, but right around the corner from a bustling city center.
