Esta es una Casa única. Se podría decir que más que una Casa es un Palacio. Las alturas de los techos, los forjados de madera y artesonados, los espacios, las vidrieras, los patios y galerias..., sin duda estamos ante uno de los lugares más especiales de Sevilla.
(Nota importante: La Casa se encuentra en un inmueble-edificación con la que comparte entrada y ascensor con dos apartamentos más independientes).
Toda la Casa en sí respira lujo, historia, y detalle, mucho detalle. Es sin duda la Casa perfecta para quien busca algo más que una estancia en Sevilla, una ocasión única, un momento único, y es que una estancia en esta Casa resulta una experiencia inolvidable.
Al entrar por la puerta principal accedemos a un precioso e histórico Patio privado, típico de las Casas Palacio de Sevilla. A través del patio se accede a dos grandes dormitorios, ambos con zona de estar privada, baño en suite y dos camas individuales cada uno de 1,05 x 2,00.
A través del Patio privado accedemos también a la escalera de la Casa, y llegamos a una entreplanta donde se encuentra un tercer dormitorio, muy amplio, también con zona de estar privada y baño en suite, y en este caso con cama de matrimonio de 1,80 x 2,00.
Siguiendo hacia arriba por la escalera llegamos a la planta central de la Casa, concretamente a una preciosa galería distribuidora. A través de esta se accede a la cocina, muy amplia y totalmente equipada, a un precioso y majestuoso salón con zonas diferenciadas de estar y de comedor. Mención aparte merecen los detalles que muestra el salón: las calidades, los techos y la decoración. Todo artesano, al detalle y de diseño.
Sin abandonar la galería central accedemos a tres dormitorios más, todos ellos con zona de estar privada y baño en suite, teniendo dos de ellos dos camas de 1,05 x 2,00 cada uno y el otro una cama de matrimonio de 1,80 x 2,00.
Por último, tendremos acceso también a un baño independiente que da servicios principalmente al séptimo dormitorio, al que podremos llegar subiendo una pequeña escalera. Este dormitorio cuenta con una cama de 1,50 x 2,00.
Por último, la Casa cuenta además con una terraza privada, amueblada con mobiliario de jardín, y a la que se accede saliendo a la zona común que la Casa comparte con dos apartamentos y subiendo una planta más. A pesar de tener que salir a una zona común para llegar a la terraza, esta es totalmente privativa para el uso de los huéspedes de la Casa.
La Casa se encuentra en la calle Abades, en pleno corazón de Santa Cruz, a escasos metros de la Catedral, el Alcázar, la Giralda, etc. Es la zona mas antigua e histórica de Sevilla, mayormente peatonal y rodeada de antiguas iglesias, casas palacios, monumentos, etc.
En la zona hay tienda de alimentación y todo tipo, así como numerosos bares de tapas y restaurantes donde disfrutar de la mejor gastronomía sevillana y andaluza.

However, We have already replenished all the necessary utensils.
Regarding the room mentioned in the review, we would like to specify that it is located in a wonderful attic representative of the old Sevillian houses. Access to this room is via the staircase you mentioned, which we wanted to preserve in order to maintain the authenticity of our palace house. We regret that it has not been to your liking.

It’s a beautiful old house with ample spaces
The most important problem in the house is the air conditioners that do not work and I am convinced that it is something known to its owners. The heat in the house and rooms was more intense than outside in the streets of Seville. The week we were there was not one of the hottest, so I guess in the middle of summer the house must be hell. The heat was so intense in a couple of rooms that one of my relatives decided to leave the house to an NH hotel (2 rooms) even under consideration of double payment. I requested fans to try to compensate and the response was negative. Scarce kitchen utensils for a house of 14 guests. Non-functional washing machine. I definitely do not recommend it and would not return.

Our family enjoyed the property, the location was great everything was walking distance- restaurants, bars, coffee/ Ice cream shops. Sightseeing was close by. I stayed at this location with 7 of my colleagues, and we enjoyed the apartment-style living that gave each of us our personal space. Each bedroom had it´s own bathroom, and the common area was large enough to fit us all when we wanted to come together. The location in the city is perfect—quiet street, but right around the corner from a bustling city center.
