The decoration and furniture have been chosen with detail, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, but at the same time elegant and modern.

Bad soundproofing. If the windows of the apartment face the street, then you can’t count on silence at night. Staff. They waited for the manager with children and luggage on the street in front of the door for 30 minutes, although they warned the exact time of their arrival 2 hours in advance. A Spanish family found itself in the same situation with us. When checking in, the bed was not made, there was no toilet paper, towels, etc. The manager explained that they did not have time to do the laundry. 40 minutes later the maid came and brought everything.

We regret your disappointment for being unable to check in upon your arrival. At Genteel Home we offer a flexible check-in and we always do our utmost to make sure our guests can check in as soon as they arrive, regardless of the time of the day. Unfortunately during periods of high occupancy there may be some delays as our check in staff must walk between apartments throughout the city to welcome guests. Nevertheles, we understand and apologize for the wait.
Moreover, we depend on an external laundry company that deliver us with clean linens everyday -the reason why the apartment was missing a few items upon your arrival was due to New Year´s bank holidays and the consequent delay.
Finally, being the apartment located in the city centre and having windows facing the street, there may be some inevitable typical noises from the city.
Again, we genuinely appreciate the time you took out of your day to inform us of the inadequacies you experienced during your stay and we sincerely hope that you will allow us another opportunity to demonstrate our true level of hospitality and interest in serving you properly in the future.
