Ubicación y buen aislamiento del apartamento aún estando pegado a la calle en un bajo. Cocina completamente equipada (de las mejores que he visto). ¡Muy espacioso y cómodo para dos personas!
El baño al ser adaptado para discapacitados y tener cortinas cortas, era difícil mantenerlo limpio durante las duchas. Había algo de olor a humedad.

The location is very good for people who like walking. about 20 min walk to most of the historic monuments of the city.
-Communication with the company that manages the apartment is complicated. No one answers the phone mentioned on the website despite us reporting we are in trouble and we can not access the apartment. You feel like you´re interacting with robos. - The photos at the booking level do not really correspond to the reality, especially the bathroom which is completely different with a much lower quality than in the photos. - the bedding is not at all comfortable and the double bed caused us and Madam a back problem.

It would be necessary to replace the mattress on the sofa in the living room. We had an apartment on the ground floor, we didn´t expect a king from the pictures on the booking. With the windows open, the noise of cars from the road is too loud, and people walking by can look into the apartment. Road noise can be heard even with the windows closed. In the bathroom, there are aids for the disabled in the shower, the bathroom curtain does not reach the floor, as a result water sprays all over the bathroom, there are no shelves, no cupboards for cosmetics, the drains stink, there are ants on the floor. For 4 people, there is only 1 small wardrobe in the room with hangers, but no shelves. In this respect, the apartment is not suitable for 4 people.

Nos tocó la planta baja y eso fue una pesadilla, como si estuviéramos en plena calle o en una terraza de un restaurante. Parecía como si el piso no estuviera insonorizado completamente y toda la gente pasando, hablando, gritando… como si estuvieran con nosotros en el piso. Las ventanas dan a la calle, pero cuando reservamos el apartamento no sabíamos que la calle era tan ruidosa y que aislamiento acústico no correspondía al nivel del ruido. Además estábamos con un bebe muy pequeño y nos vendieron el apartamento como un “alojamiento familiar” pero con tanto ruido no es aceptable venderlo de esa forma. Tienen que poner aislamiento acústico doble o no vender el piso bajo para familias si no quieren estropear las vacaciones de sus huéspedes.

Es un bajo y está junto a una avenida de mucho tránsito de coches y a todas horas, incluida la noche, el ruido del paso de los coches es muy molesto, eso da a entender que el aislamiento de las ventanas es mejorable.

La relación Calidad precio del apartamento que nos toco no fue la acertada .
Nos toco un bajo . los ruidos de los coches y de la gente de la calle principal durante toda la noche . bastante incomodo .

Nos gustaría tener la oportunidad de explicarle que siempre asignamos el apartamento elegido por el huésped y de acuerdo con la reserva.
En el edificio de Genteel Home Recaredo disponemos de una gran variedad de apartamentos (con o sin terraza, apartamentos dúplex, estudios, etc.). Sentimos sinceramente leer su insatisfacción con el apartamento reservado en esta ocasión. Para una futura ocasión le recomendamos ponerse en contacto con nuestro Departamento de Reservas, nuestro equipo será capaz de darle toda la información pertinente sobre cada apartamento para asegurarse de que reserve el tipo de alojamiento que mejor se adapte a sus necesidades.
