The accommodation fits perfectly with the interests and needs of my family. The facilities adhere to the description and photos; a perfect location to enjoy walking to many places in the city. Proximity to good places for food, shopping and entertainment. A highly recommended place for small families or couples

Very central location. Walkable to almost all the attractions. Perfectly clean and comfortable.
Parking. When we arrived the suggested parking lot was full. It was a pain to find alternative parking further away and then move the car to the 24 hour parking lot at a later time. The beds need more pillows.

Location was the best. So clean and comfortable. Our driver knew where to park and he walked us to the location. No cars can get to the area. Loved it

Posizione ottima, perfetta per visitare Siviglia. Appartamento molto confortevole, arredato con gusto e con tutto quel che puo´ servire . Silenzioso.
La seconda camera non e´ propriamente una camera, in quanto non separata da porta, bensi´ da tendone.

L´appartement est très bien situé dans Séville. Tout est accessible facilement. Il se situe dans une petite rue piétonne. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Il est propre, très bien équipé et confortable. Les draps et serviettes sont fournis. Que du positif ! De plus, comme nous sommes arrivés le matin et que l´appartement était disponible, Esther s´est arrangée pour que nous puissions récupéré les clés un peu plus tôt. La communication a été très facile. J´ai eu des réponses très rapides à toutes mes questions. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

The apt was clean and in a great location. It was on a quiet side street while also very close to the Cathedral, Alcazar and many restaurants. The only downside is the apt. in the pedestrian zone and tricky to find. Written directions sent before checkin would’ve made it easier to locate. We found that taking cabs from the designated taxi area near the cathedral was helpful.

Beautiful apartment right around the corner from major attractions. If you are a light sleeper, cathedral bells might wake you up, but with A/C and windows closed it was not an issue for us. It is in the pedestrian zone, so no traffic noise. Nicely decorated, updated and clean. Very spacious for 4 people. Second half-bathroom is a plus. Perfect for exploring beautiful Seville. Would love to come back someday.

This is by far one of the best places where I have stayed. Spotless clean, great quality of everything in this property, beds, sheets, pillows, house supplies and electronics. Location cannot be better. This place is even better than in the pictures! It really surprised us in a positive way. We loved it and for sure we’ll be back if we comeback to Sevilla.

Loved the apartment! Great location with a ton of restaurants and activities right out the door, yet very quiet and relaxing. The apartment was lovely, well equipped, super clean. Internet was fast and worked well for a teleconference and work. We walked to every major attraction. Laundry worked well. Definitely would stay here again. Only frustration was driving to the apartment. Our navigation system (and we) struggled with the tiny one-way streets where a missed turn resulted in a 1km plus re-route to try again (it took us 3 times to get to the plaza). Would recommend parking at a nearby lot and walking. We parked at Paseo de Colon underground lot and it was a 10 minute walk to the place, but we did not move the car until we left since the apartment is so convenient to everything. Would highly recommend Esther and this apartment for a lovely, centrally-located, and quiet stay in Seville.

Amazing location, very clean, comfortable and well stocked apartment. The rooms are all very quiet even though you are 2 min walk from the Cathedral. We truly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. There is a 5 min walk to the apartment from the taxi drop off but we had suitcases on wheels and it didnt bother us at all. The walk is flat and suitcase friendly.

We were greatly impressed with the apartment. It was beautifully furnished and provided everything we needed. The location was outstanding! Easy walk to local attractions and many shops, restaurants and cafes.

A stunningly gorgeous place - very well decorated both within the apartment and in the lobby. You feel you´re in a special home. The location can´t be beat. There was noise in the bedroom coming from a bar down the street, but frankly you´ll probably find that in any apartment in the neighborhood. As for the church bells, my wife said, "It´s such a cool building, I can´t be mad at it." A great choice for an apartment.

The location is magical! So close to all the action without any of the noise. And the owner was so very thoughtful, even leaving a note to tell us about a parade and festivities occurring in the area that our children would be interested in - as well as details on what the events were and how to catch them. The accommodation itself had absolutely everything our family could need, and more. The beds and bed linens were extremely comfortable and the towels were soft, huge and plentiful. We made a few dinners there and had everything we needed like pots/pans/utensils/dishes/etc. We had some delays with our flights and the service who let us in was very kind and accommodating to all the changes. Especially considering it was a holiday (NYE) when we were checking in, we were very appreciative of their ability to meet/let us in as soon as we arrived. The service was also very friendly about any questions we had during our stay.

Amazing location, very clean and quiet. Well appointed kitchen. The only issue was that the smaller bedroom was darker than it appeared in photos. Other than that, would definitely recommend.

This apartment is truly in a perfect location in the old city, near the Cathedral. Very central to many sights. My mom and I visited in October, which unbeknownst to us, is high season so the area was very busy. However, the apartment is surprisingly quiet. It had all the amenities needed for our stay. We truly enjoyed ourselves. We had a slight snaffu on checkout (got our dates wrong) but Carlos, from the management company, was super helpful and patient, and found my mom a nearby apartment for one night. Thank you!

Great location and clean place. You need to walk to it as it in the old city. We were annoyed we could not leave our bags for a few hours in the large common area on our last day in the city - after spending quite a bit at this location.

Appartement très bien situé, à deux pas de la Giralda et très propre.
Malheureusement il y avait des travaux juste à côté d´une des chambre mais c´est indépendant de la location.

Excellent location close to the cathedral and all the main points of interest. Hundreds of bars, restaurants and shops just a minute or two away. The charming apartment is beautifully decorated with original paintings and comfortable furniture and is fully equipped with everything you could need. Esther the host was super responsive and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer!

L’appartement est vraiment très bien situé, au cœur du Casco Antiguo. Tous les lieux touristiques sont à distances piétonnes. L’appartement est joli, fonctionnel, calme, et reste bien frais toute la journée. Tout est parfait !

The apartment is a rare find with lots of attention to detail and with a homey feel. The modern, practical furnishings are well balanced with a few period pieces in both bedrooms - same for the pictures on the walls, there are a few old, tasteful frames among the new - the window shutters are especially nice and give the apartment an authentic feel. In general, the apartment is very well equipped. There is no bathtub, just a simple shower, but it’s a pretty bathroom with ample storage space, very thoughtfully done. The nearest point cabs can come in for airport days is the “El Girardillo” restaurant, about 2 -3 blocks down. There’s a pharmacy around the corner and for those coming with cars, the garage within walking distance is “Cano y Cueto” - there’s often at least a short wait to get in there, and not all parking spots are large. In that sense, hotels may have easier in-house parking options - for those looking for an apartment though, this place can feel like home.

Beautiful, fully equipped apartment in the heart of Sevilla. Very clean and tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place for your visit. Keep in mind this home is on a pedestrian street and the nearest parking is a decent walk specially if you have luggage to carry. This is typical of the area with lots of pedestrian only streets. However, as a result the home is in a fantastic location on foot to get around the area.
