Upon entering the apartment we find the living room that has a comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV with internet access, dining table for four people, balconies with unbeatable views of the Torre del Oro and a bright seating area with a comfortable armchair where you can relax during your stay. On the right, we find the kitchen, with an open distribution, which has all the necessary utensils to make your stay more pleasant.

• Catering service whose menu can be consulted here
• This establishment offers its own luggage storage and custody service from Monday to Friday (except holidays) for premium customers, with collection by our staff at the apartment. The rates are 5€ per item. On Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, you can use the service of other companies at designated locations, at approximately 5€ per suitcase.
• Weekly periodic cleaning and change of bed and bath linens, mandatory for stays longer than 6 nights. Included in the price.

Change out the bed pillows; very uncomfortable, water doesn’t stay hot for more than 5 mins, amenities such as at least an extra roll of paper towels. I purchased toilet paper due to limited supply, and access to a broom and dustpan.

Chegamos às 3 da tarde no horário do check in , e o apartamento não estava pronto. A pessoa da limpeza nem mesmo tinha chegado. Estávamos com um bebê de 5 meses, chorando e não pudemos entrar pois o apartamento estava imundo. Conseguiram nos entregar limpo apenas as 7 da noite , um absurdo . Tentei o cancelamento com reembolso total , pois julgo que era muito absurdo a situação . A atendente contornou, me ofereceu só a taxa de limpeza de cortesia. Isso não adianta nada. É inadmissível chegar no local e não poder entrar, ainda mais pagando caro.

Perfect location with many facilities directly nearby including grocery store, tourist information, metro, rent a car etc. About 5 mins walk to cathedral and 1 minute walk to riverbank and river cruises. Apartment has practical lay-out, lift, washing machine and dishwasher - very practical for a family. We walked everywhere - incl to aquarium.
No major problem whatsoever.

The property was large and in a great location. Very clean and tidy. Wifi was excellent. The check in process was all done remotely with key code access for arrival.
Unfortunately the beds were very hard but otherwise good size.

El alojamiento en sí está estupendo y muy funcional, tal como aparece en las fotos. No hay nada que hayamos echado de menos. La ubicación muy buena, a un paso de todo lo que queríamos visitar.
El intenso olor desagradable en las escaleras, afortunadamente solo en las escaleras. Además la falta de contacto con alguien de la empresa, que he valorado regular porque por whatsapp no se puede valorar. Aunque esto ya veo que es la tónica general en apartamentos.

We stayed there in July. The AC had a hard time keeping the place cool as it is a central unit that doesn’t cool the sleeping rooms as much as the common areas. Not a huge issue anyway.
