Room furnishings are very good. The location is also very good.
Check in was expensive as we arrived at 9:10 pm and had to pay an extra 30 euro fee. (from 21:00 am 30 Euro and from 00:00 50 Euro) We found roaches in the bathroom, in the foyer and in the bedroom, which was extremely uncomfortable. In addition, the duvet was dirty and contaminated with hair.

Great location, check-in experience.
Surprised by a huge number of positive reviews that I "pecked" at. - after payment (which can no longer be canceled and refunded) and before confirming the booking, I received a message from the host that it is necessary to have a deposit upon check-in, you must provide a card number upon check-in. later, having figured it out, it turned out that the deposit was not needed, however, providing the card number and its validity period is a prerequisite for settling. - The photo does not correspond to reality 100%. The apartment is not as new as it seems. On the photo it seems to be wide/white/big apartment with a lot of amenities; in the reality, it not so "luxory" - The windows come out to nothigh: one to the wall, other to the nothing (another wall) - The balcony is not as such big as it seems to be; it is just a swing window, protruding 20 cm from the apartment. And it goes to a multi-level parking - The second floor is very hot You can’t sleep without the air conditioner. - There is a main bed (pretty comfortable) and the other on the 2nd floor: it was not covered at all, without bedding, purely mattress. -Rafters everywhere on the second floor do not add comfort - The hair dryer turned out to be broken.

We really enjoyed our stay in Malaga at Genteel Home Trinidad Grund. The location in fabulous for access to transportation to/from airport, train and bus stations. It is close to center of Malaga with all it´s shops and restaurants as well as the port. The apartment itself had every thing we needed. Bed was very comfortable and bedroom was quiet for sleeping.
Although it was of no concern to us, there is no elevator and there are stairs up to the bedroom for people who cannot do stairs.

La ubicación es excelente para acceder al centro sin estar en pleno meollo, pero la calle donde está ubicado el apartamento está muy transitada tanto por coches como por gente. Hay dos bares prácticamente debajo, que los fines de semana se ponen a tope. No digo que sea ni bueno ni malo, solo que me hubiera gustado saberlo porque buscaba más tranquilidad. Por suerte las habitaciones de nuestro alojamiento daban a la parte interior y no se escuchaba tanto ajetreo, a parte el cierre del balconcito es bueno y aísla bastante del ruido, pero te obliga a mantener el apartamento cerrado ya que como digo, es bastante ruidoso. Por otro lado el trato con la persona de contacto de este apartamento, Gema en mi caso, lo encontré un poco justo la verdad. Le adelanté la documentación para no tener que hacer papeleo a mi llegada y no la traspasó, por lo que además de esperar 30 minutos en la puerta del apartamento para el check in con aviso previo de mi hora de llegada, estuvimos un rato más con el papeleo. Alternativamente también les había solicitado el mismo día de mi llegada si podría entrar antes y si el día de mi salida podía quedarme un poco más, peticiones que no me contestó. Tampoco me dijo nada tras mandarle un mensaje de despedida con las fotos de cómo habíamos dejado el apartamento, por lo que se me queda una sensación de un poco de pasotismo o saturación.

It is at a central area. Easy to reach many places even some historical areas by walk. Decoration of the house was quite new and nice.
Internet did not exist during 2/3 of our staying period. We´ve connected to another link. There was no table to eat something on it. There was a small area (may be just for one person) between the microwave and the countetop cooker to eat at a high chair. We have eaten on the coffee table. The facilities -except the beds- were not enough for three or even two persons to stay. For example, there were only very very small two shampoos and half rulo of small toilet paper. There was no towel for the hands/faces,etc... The missing things were not provided despite we informed the related staff. Unfortunately, the worst thing was the impolite approach of Gema. We have been told that we had rent an apartment, not a otel(!) We were very aware of that we have had rented an apartment, not a otel. It is also not our first experience on renting an apartment. This one was the weakest on facilities compared to the previous ones that we´d already stayed in Europe and USA till now.

Geen dagelijkse verschoning van de handdoeken. Geen lift. Veel te kleine douche en de randen niet schoon. Airco zorgde voor water op de muren. Koffiezetapparaat was een kleine perculator. Uitzicht naar een parkeergarage. Geen balkon om op te zitten. Geen eettafel aanwezig. Ramen open en je kwam in de hal, dus geen uitzicht. Er stond maar 1 stoel. Lekkage direct per app gemeld.

In der Beschreibung bei Booking stand unter Ausstattung: Balkon mit einem Haken dahinten und in der Vorschau war auch ein Foto davon zu sehen. Sehr geschickt gemacht, die Unterkunft leider gar keinen Balkon. Wenn man bei Booking.com den Filter:Balkon setzt, wird einen diese Wohnung vorgeschlagen. Der Fußboden war voller länger schwarzer Haare. Diese waren überall. Unten, im Schlafzimmer und im Bad. Leider nicht gut sauber gemacht.

Das Internet das uns am Anfang gegeben wurde hat leider nicht funktioniert aber dieses Problem wurde schnell behoblen. Man Bräuche mehr Sitz Gelegenheit wo man auch an einen Rechner Arbeit kann wenn man möchte.
Great location and very helpful staff. Parking places located across the street. The rooms was big enough.
The bathroom was to small, also the shower. They could provide an espresso with coffe capsules.

La posizione era molto comoda in una zona nuova e caratteristica di Malaga, da l´appartamento ci si può spostare facilmente a piedi verso il centro o verso il porto. Comoda la soluzione di un letto matrimoniale e di un letto singolo.
Non mi è piaciuto il bagno, troppo piccolo e poco organizzato, mancanza anche di un appendi accappatoio o di un portaspazzolino. Inoltre sarebbe carino che offrissero una convenzione magari con i bar presenti all´angolo della via. Sarebbe anche accogliente trovare almeno una bottiglia di acqua all´ingresso o all´arrivo nell´appartamento e fornire magari anche una mappa con delle indicazioni della città o delle sue attrazioni.

Das Appartment war sehr schön eingerichtet und super zentral gelegen. In nur 3 Minuten ist man in der Marina. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt - es war alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Was besonders lobenswert war, ist dass wir sogar vor Check In Zeit in das Appartment durften. Wir haben vom Vermieter super Infos und Tipps bekommen. Vielen Dank nochmal. Es war sehr sehr schön bei euch!!!

Asunto oli kuvia vastaava, tosin alakerran tupakeittiö oli kuvien antamaa vaikutelmaa pienempi. Muuten asunto vastasi kuvia ja oli kiva. Vastapäätä oli parkkihalli, mutta se ei meitä ainakaan haitannut - aikaa tuli pääosin vietettyä asunnon ulkopuolella. Parivuode oli todella hyvä, mutta tyyny pehmeä ja peitto Ikean hiostavaa halpislaatua. Pyykinpesukone plussaa! Imuria tai vastaavaa kaipasi, sillä oleskelumme kesti 7 yötä.

Ich hatte 2 Apartments , wir kamen um 12,30 Uhr an ...eines war schon fertig , wir konnten sofort die Koffer abstellen das war perfekt. Die Betten waren super bequem, die Wohnung sehr sauber. Die Küche komplett eingerichtet. Die Fenster gut isoliert . Die Stadt und der Strand waren fussläufig zu erreichen. Malaga ist eine tolle Stadt , wir kommen wieder :-)
