Leider bringt die tolle Lage auch Lärm mit sich , sowohl Baulärm von umliegenden Baustellen als auch die Leerung der Mülltonnen über Nacht und die Fenster sind nicht sehr schalldicht, so dass unsere Schlafqualität deutlich beeinträchtigt war, obwohl die Betten sehr bequem waren. Außerdem war es leider sehr staubig. Die Reinigung sollte auch mal unter den Betten und dem Tisch stattfinden. Beim ersten Windstoß sind sie Wollmäuse durchs Zimmer geflogen.

Noise from Bib-rambla square kept us awake at night despite it being the low season..whoever said you can’thear the noise must have been deaf! There are signs all around the square that people can´t take the noise anymore! Small bathroom without a shelf in the shower to put soap on, can´t be reached by car, kick plate that keeps on falling off in the kitchen when opening the dishwasher, cigarette smoke smell from neighbour. The small room layout made it impossible to close the bedroom door and open the closet so we had to move a bed

The elevator was out of order and we were not told prior to our arrival and the room was on the third floor. A bit of a hassle to move all the luggage up and down. We were told it will get fixed by the next day.. But didn´t quite happen. No one really followed up either. It would have been nice if we were told before arrival about this inconvenience or made some alternate arrangements or compensate in some way.

No funcionaba el ascensor y eramos 4 con 4 maletas grandes. El piso necesita reforma. El cuarto de baño es muy antiguo, la limpieza era muy superficial. Había polvo y pelusas y algún pelo en el baño. No funcionan algunas luces. El secador de pelo roto. En el cuarto pequeño olía a cañerías. Es una pena tener un piso en pleno centro y no invertir nada de dinero en él.

No le gusto nada . Nos recibieron con una fuga de agua en el baño pero en vez de estar preocupados por arreglarlo lo único que les preocupaba era que les pagáramos 30 euros por llegar a las 21,15 y decían que la hora límite eran las 21 para no pagar un plus . El baño tenía fuga de agua , la tapa del baño estaba arrancada , el botón de la cisterna roto , no dejan ni champú ni gel ni papel re baño suficiente paga los días de estancia y las toallas parecen estropajo . La cocina parece una cueva , no dejan ni una triste botella de agua en la nevera . El salón tiene un sofá que parece de tortura , la iluminación es tétrica y la televisión del tamaño dr un iPad Una de las habitaciones únicamente tienen una ventana a un patio interior que da hasta miedo La casa tienen un olor constante a tubería muy desagradable Son muy impertinentes desde que se realiza la reserva , molestan muchos con mails y mensajes y todo ello para increparte antes de llegar con cosas que no se pueden hacer dando por echo que las vas a hacer La peor estancia que recuerdo , es un piso que de lujo solo tiene el precio

Detectamos el problema durante el check-in nocturno, y aunque nuestro equipo se ofreció a solucionarlo al día siguiente, su respuesta indicó que no era necesario desplazarnos, ya que el problema con el agua había sido resuelto y todo se encontraba en orden, impidiéndonos así una intervención inmediata. En cuanto a los amenities, si bien no existe una obligación formal de proporcionar tales artículos a los huéspedes, generalmente los ofrecemos como gesto de cortesía para mejorar la experiencia de llegada de nuestros clientes y hacer su estancia lo más placentera posible; aun así, si nos hubiera informado sobre la necesidad de amanities extras, nos habría complacido proporcionárselos con gusto. Lamentamos, por otro lado, que el sofá no haya cumplido con sus expectativas; y aunque entendemos que la percepción de comodidad varía de una persona a otra, nos comprometemos a evaluar dicho mobiliario con el fin de realizar cualquier mejora que se considere necesaria. Respecto al olor, nos gustaría aclarar que se trata de una situación inusual que depende de algunos factores externos como el clima; sin embargo, revisaremos y mejoraremos todo lo que sea necesario. - brilliant location in central Granada - beautiful windows w shutters over the square, v peaceful and dark when all closed - much bigger than expected from the photos - good shower (hot and powerful) - easy check in and out
- not as nice as the photos suggest, the building is lovely but the furniture and bedding quite cheap and dated, the loo flush and seat are broken, and it lacked the elegance of the photos - it wasn’t very clean (superficially it was but dust and fluff all around the edges of the rooms and around furniture etc) - bathroom v small for 4 people w no extractor fan or window (so towels start to smell!)

Lo único negativo de este apartamento es que da a una plaza muy concurrida y las ventanas no te aislan del ruido inmenso que se genera y cuesta conciliar el sueño. También se oía mucho a los vecinos de arriba. Quitando esto, el alojamiento es muy recomendable.

A lovely apartment let down by the attitude of staff at the managing agency, who gave us the strong impression of not wanting to be disturbed during the weekend. A broken front door lock, which clearly hadn´t been fixed for some time, demanded the dexterity of a professional safe breaker to open it. We let the agency know right away. Four times they promised to turn up - but didn´t. The kitchen had virtually no cooking utensils or pans. Once again, agency staff promised to turn up - but didn´t. We came to believe that they never had any intention of turning up until the Monday, no matter how urgent the issue. Instead we were fobbed off with empty promises. And yet we paid a lot of money for good service. This needs to change.

Das Apartment ist in einer tollen Lage, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr gut, was ja bei einer Reise das Wichtigste ist. So zentral, dass man doch immer wieder nach Exkursionen schnell mal eine Pause einlegen konnte. Schönes Flair mit den vielen Menschen um und auf dem Platz.
Einziger Nachteil, das Zimmer mit den zwei Betten hatte kein richtiges Fenster und vor dem Haus auf dem Platz standen mehrere Glascontainer, die sehr früh morgens geleert wurden und immer wieder wurde nachts auch Glas eingeworfen.

Excellent location, comfortable, nice and accommodating staff. Very nice building with elevator for luggage. washer/dryer in unit. Nice to be right in the heart of the square near the Cathedral and tons of shopping and restaurants. Transportation of all forms nearby. Very easy to find.
The unit had a funky smell, not sure what it was. We opened all the windows and that helped. It can be loud late at night when the businesses close up and dump their trash and glass bottles in the recycling/trash bins under the windows. The bathroom is by the front door and the bedrooms are all the way at the other end of the unit dune a long hallway. None of these things were a real problem and we’d go back because unit is nice and location and staff fantastic.

En cuanto a su salida, tras su petición le hemos dado la opción de dejar sus maletas mas tiempo en el apartamento mientras nuestro equipo de limpieza estaba preparando el apartamento para la llegada de los próximos huéspedes. A su vuelta al apartamento nuestro equipo le indicó que lamentablemente ya no se puede usar el baño por nuestros protocolos de limpieza y desinfección ya que estaba preparado para la siguiente estancia. Nos disculpamos por cualquier inconveniente que esto le causó.

Perfekte Lage! Das Apartment ist recht groß und hat eine schöne Aussicht auf die BiB Rambla mit der Kathedrale im Hintergrund.
Von den vielen Lampen in dem Apartment geht der Großteil nicht, wodurch es dann doch eher dunkel ist. Beim Öffnen der Spülmaschine fiel die Verblendung schon bei halb offener Maschine herunter. Etwas irritierend. Das Haus ist ziemlich hellhörig. Da im Nachbarhaus Bauarbeiten waren, war das tagsüber ziemlich laut. Nachts aber okay, sofern nicht in Nachbarwohnungen geschrien wird (im Wesentlichen auch Ferienwohnungen)

Be warned that if you are a light sleeper, the apartment is on a plaza and below the flat are four big industrial rubbish bins These get emptied at various times throughout the night, making it very noisy and hard to get a good night´s sleep.

테이블 조명이 어두웠어요. 세개 전구 중 한 개만 켜집니다. 네명 가족이 이틀 묵는데 샴프가 긴 머리 여자분이라면 한번에 없어질 작은 용량 통 하나만 준비되어 있었어요. 주인분께 연락을 했더니 다음날 더 가져다 주셨어요. 그릇을 쓰시는 분들은 그릇 청결도를 확인하세요.요리를 해서 그릇에 담으려는데 곰팡이를 보고 기겁했습니다. 문득 문득 하슈도? 시귱찬 ? 냼시가 나요. 특히 부엌 싱크대 문을 열면 심하구요. 자고 일어나는데 방에서도 나서 불쾌했어요. 새벽 1시에 장비차가 와서 빈병 수거를 위해 컨테이너를 수거해 가는데 소리가 너무 커서 자다가 놀랐어요.다시 새벽 6에 장비차가 와서 컨테이너를 가져다 놓는 소리에 잠을 깼습니다... 다시 묵을 의사는 없습니다.

All was perfect, I would stay there again.
The property charges some fees for arriving after hours. These are steep fees €30 after 2100 and €50 after 2300. These fees in my opinion are way too high to have someone open the door; specially when there are ways to work around this “inconvenience” apps like “my stay” or simply not charge these fees. This policy in particular is a deterrent from booking this property again.
