There was a loose tile in the hallway by the master bath. No shelves in the shower to put shampoo and soap. Minimal storage closets and shelving in the bedrooms, so had to keep clothes in suitcases. Mattresses were super firm.

Showers were truly tight, no where to place soap or shampoos had to open window ledge to use a shelf. Sadly there was space inside shower for a slim metal shelf to hold necessities🤔

Only negative was that the power tripped on our first evening and it required an engineer to come out and fix the problem, since attempts to reset the system without an engineer were unsuccessful. The management company responded quickly and had an engineer out after a couple of hours. Just a shame that Spanish electrics can be so easily overloaded (we had aircon, one iron and one set of straighteners on at the time - not loads for such a large appartment) but appreciate that isn´t the companies fault.

Lo mejor es el espacio de las zonas comunes, muy cómodo para muchas personas. También está muy bien el tamaño de las camas de las habitaciones de matrimonio y el hecho de que haya 3 baños completos.
Realmente no ha habido nada que no nos haya gustado, quizás podría mejorar con artículos de aseo. Tampoco había pastillas de lavavajillas y no lo hemos podido usar, pero todo es para mejorar pues el apartamento está súper bien.

Our overall experience was wonderful. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated and the location was superb.
The shower to the master shower didn’t drain properly and there were no trash cans in any of the 3 restrooms.

Excellent location, downstairs are all kinds of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and commercial streets. It is only a few minutes´ walk to the best tapa restaurant in the city. It is also very convenient to order takeaway and delivery. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, the glass is very soundproof, you can hardly hear the noise of the street traffic, every bed in the bedroom is soft and hard, no one complains, the bathroom design is stylish and spacious, the living room and dining room looks bigger than the photos, equipped with a smart TV Mobile phone can be connected. This is the second time to live in Granada, and the second time to choose genteel home. The experience is excellent, and it will still be the first choice next time!

Todo, es espectacular el apartamento.Eramos nueve y el espacio era increíble.En el centro.Hay un parking muy cerca que pagas 17 euros x dia si presentas la reserva.Toallas y sabanas limpisimas y lavabos ,3, espectaculares.
El no tener ningún lugar donde dejar las maletas al checkout.Quien tenga un vuelo por la tarde tendrá que llevar las maletas a cuestas.También hay que decir que nos ofreció hacer el checkout mas tarde en caso de que no entre nadie, pero eso es una lotería
La ubicación es perfecta. El apartamento se encuentra cerca de la zona centro y de los principales lugares de tapas.
