Online communication with the hosting company is over-automated. You ask them a question and get an unrelated canned message. This happened a few times before the check in. Wifi is choppy. The router is placed on the ground floor and doesn´t reach the second floor well. If too many devices connected, it drops your connection often.

Wow wow wow! The view! Incredible. Loved sitting on the deck staring at the Alhambra all day long. Great area, central but quiet street. Great facilities. There are plenty of utensils and crockery (noted from a previous review that said this was limited, there are plenty of plates in the dining area). Wifi works best inside and at lower level. Leendo comentarios de otros clientes podemos decir que son utiles, si, los colchones son DUROS, pusimos 4 mantas sobre nuestro colchon para poder dormir, si, INTERNET falla y esta MUY flojo, sobre todo para alguen qui trabaja o quiere hacer una compra importante, falta dramatica de BIDE, sobre todo hay espacio para ponerlo, para la personas con dificultad de caminar no es reomendable - hay TRES niveles de escalera, la sala de estar es pequeña y bajita, las ventanas no protegen contra el RUIDO de la calle, el ruido de los vecinos del edificio se escucha mucho y el segundo dormitorio se queda abierto a todos los ruidos - la casa esta mejor para dos personas, o dos con un niño, la puerta de terraza se cierre muy mal y la puerta de la sala de estar no se cierre de ningun modo

Lamentamos que el apartamento no haya cumplido sus expectativas, lo cierto es que creemos que la puntuación que nos ha dado viene condicionada porque usted quiso cancelar su reserva un día anterior a la llegada y, tal y como se establece en las condiciones, le dijimos que no era posible. Con respecto al olor en el baño, nos hubiera encantado haberle asistido durante su estancia pero no recibimos ninguna queja al respecto por su parte durante su estancia, no obstante le informamos de que ha sido revisado para garantizar la calidad en el apartamento. Lo mejor sin duda es la ubicación, también estan muy bien la limpieza, lo nuevo de la vivienda y mobiliario así como los detalles como el cafe, aceite, arroz, etc.
No había platos, había una invasión de hormigas en el baño que también te encontrabas en los dormitorios incluyendo las camas. Lo peor de todo es lo extremadamente ruidoso, se escuchan todos los sonidos de la calle durante toda la noche. También es un detalle feo y fácilmente mejorable que, teniendo en cuenta que el parking más cercano está a 25 minutos andando, no puedas dejar una maleta una hora más mientras limpian el alojamiento y tu das un paseo por el barrio, sobre todo porque hay que dejarla a las 11 de la mañana

Normalmente dejamos que los huéspedes permanezcan en el apartamento el tiempo que deseen en el día de su salida pero si tenemos una entrada necesitamos tiempo para limpiar y preparar el apartamento, como es su caso. Desafortunadamente, no tenemos un lugar para dejar las maletas. Le pedimos disculpas por el ruido, es algo que no podemos controlar, pero tenga en cuenta que el apartamento tiene una ubicación inmejorable, en pleno corazón del Albaicín con unas excelentes vistas a la Alhambra, lo que conlleva también que el acceso en coche es complicado. Por otra parte, le informamos de que el problema de las hormigas ya ha sido tratado. Esperamos, no obstante, que disfrutaran de su estancia. Fátima - responsable de calidad de Genteel Home
Very noisy. You can hear all conversations from the other guests from the other apartment.
Todo bien, salvo la existencia de un solo baño. Obviamente, sería deseable que existiesen dos.
The apartment was beautiful and we had a fantastic stay. The balcony was great - lots of sun during the day, big enough to fit 4 people around the table. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with equipment and it was nice to have basic things like oil and salt already there. All the apartment is really nicely decorated. The location is great, easy to cut down to the Paseo de los tristes and get into the city centre from there or walk up into the old town. Finally the views from the terrace, living room and front bed room were outstanding! Clear, fantastic view of the Alhambra
The beds were a little bit hard and there weren´t quite enough glasses in the kitchen but these are really tiny things.
Cette location est située sur une rue pavée et non piétonne donc malgré une circulation assez rare cela génère du bruit. Le living-room et la terrasse sont plus petits que comparés aux photos.

La ubicación INMEJORABLE
Única pega: las escaleras. Deberían de ponerlo en la descripción de la casa. Algunos de mis amigos han tenido dificultad con ella.Los que dormían en el apartamento de abajo, tenían que subir 48 escalones para subir al salón.
A cierta edad esto se nota bastante.
Todo lo demás magnífico!!!!

Son dos apartamentos situados en una antigua casa del siglo XVI y el apartamento de la planta baja sólo se utiliza en ocasiones especiales para más de 4 personas adultas.
