Lamentamos sinceramente escuchar que experimentó molestias debido a los ruidos de los vecinos de la casa de enfrente durante su estancia. Queríamos comentar que se trata de un hecho aislado que esperemos no se repita en el futuro, y tomaremos las medidas necesarias para que así sea.
En cuanto al tema del aire acondicionado, todos nuestros apartamentos cuentan con dicha instalación, en su caso en concreto cuentan con un sistema de climatización de tarima flotante, que toma un poco más de tiempo en enfriar. Lamentamos cualquier inconveniente que haya experimentado al respecto, y tomaremos acciones para que no se vuelvan a repetir en el futuro.
Apreciamos sus comentarios, ya que nos ayudan a identificar áreas de mejora y trabajar en ellas para proporcionar un servicio de alta calidad. Si decide visitarnos nuevamente en el futuro, esperamos que tenga una experiencia aún más satisfactoria.

Ubicación excelente. Apartamento moderno, muy bonito y bien equipado. Opción de plaza de garaje en el mismo edificio. Conexión wifi en cada apartamento, muy rápida.
Por poner alguna pega, solo nos dejaron para 4 días 3 personas un rollo y medio de papel higiénico. Hubiera sido un buen detalle algún rollo más.

Estuvimos en el número 5, es un apartamento muy bonito y muy cómodo. La atención de Marta a la llegada, pues debido a las lluvias en carretera llegamos unos 30m más tarde, y fue muy muy amable, hasta nos hizo un tour por el mapa de Granada, recomendándonos lugares para visitar. Genial. Volveremos!!!?
Por poner alguna pega, un perchero para colgar los abrigos, chubasqueros y más. Pues hicieron días de lluvia y fresco y no sabíamos dónde dejar tanta cosa. Pero vamos, que nos apañamos bien. Sin duda si vuelvo a Granada intentaré hospedarme ahí.

Location next to Alhambra, the visual look. The person that gave us the key was also super friendly. The initial phone conctact with another person was a bit problematic in English.
Pipe/sewage problem in the toilet. Terrible smell from the toilet mixed with a very chemically stinky cleaning liquid smell. If you are at least a bit sensisitive to smell the bedroom next to the toilet was completely unusable. We could only sleep on a couch in the living room.
