Magnifique maison sévillane de six chambres et trois étages située dans la rue Campamento, dans le quartier de San Bernardo, un lieu chargé d’histoire et très proche du centre-ville. La maison est située à quelques pas de l’un des plus beaux endroits de Séville, la Plaza de España.
À l’arrivée au logement, nous trouvons une façade classique et une grande porte d’entrée qui donne un accès direct à un beau patio central, typique de Séville, qui donne beaucoup de lumière à la maison. Grâce à cela, nous atteignons une grande cuisine équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin et une table à manger pour 12 personnes.
La première chambre de la maison est également au rez-de-chaussée et dispose de deux lits simples de 0,90 x 1,90, d’une télévision et d’une salle de bain complète en suite.
En revenant au patio central de la maison, nous accédons à l’escalier qui nous emmène au reste des étages de la maison.
Au premier étage, nous trouvons une autre chambre avec deux lits simples de 0,90 x 2,00 également avec TV et une salle de bain complète en suite. De même, à cet étage, nous trouvons un salon très spacieux et complètement extérieur, avec deux espaces de vie différents.
En montant les escaliers, nous atteignons le deuxième étage, où se trouvent trois chambres, toutes avec salle de bain complète en suite et toutes avec deux lits simples chacune, 1 x 2,00.
Au troisième étage, nous trouvons une chambre avec deux lits de 1 x 2,00, TV et salle de bain en suite. A cet étage, il y a aussi une terrasse privée, très grande avec mobilier de jardin. La terrasse offre de belles vues sur l’église et le quartier de San Bernardo.
Le quartier de San Bernardo est l’un des plus calmes et des plus appréciés de la ville. Dans cette zone, nous pouvons trouver de magnifiques bars et restaurants typiques de la gastronomie andalouse et sévillane, nous trouvons également des supermarchés.

Great location, 20 mins in a taxi from the airport and close to the centre/to local shops, spotlessly clean on arrival, roof terrace was a nice space, big kitchen with a huge table that was well stocked with crockery and cutlery. Nice bedrooms with lots of towels
one door hanging off a kitchen cupboard and the dishwasher needs looking at as it is giving out small electric shocks. no welcome milk or bread

The house is in classic style of homes in seville. There is a courtyard with rooms surrounding it in the shape of a "c". Floor plan would be appreciated. The first floor bedroom had water issues with associated flys.
There were ants.
The power went out on three occasions (once from all ac units, once probably from using kitchen with 3 ac units running, and once while ironing/washing clothes + ac).
While the property could sleep our 10, the only place to convene conveniently was in the kitchen due to the vertical orientation of the unit. It was difficulty on our younger and older members (2,6,68,70)
The contact was very responsive through whats app.

This place is located walking distance to downtown and attractions. The manager, (Carlos) greeted us on time at the location and had a city map and recommended a few places to visit and where to eat. Everyone had their own floor with bath! The youngest had the most stairs. Didn´t make use of the rooftop patio (because it was a little cold) or the outdoor shower. We had a small issue with the washing machine. I texted the manager and 15 minutes later the plumber was at the property taking care of it. Would be happy to stay here again!
