La ubicación en Triana es genial, junto al puente de San Telmo, se llega al centro también en 10 minutos andando. Hay mucha oferta de restauración cerca. La atención de Patri, en recepción, fue genial, nos dio recomendaciones sobre la ciudad y fue muy atenta durante toda la estancia. La terraza comunitaria en la azotea es muy bonita, con vistas al Guadalquivir, la Torre del Oro está justo enfrente. Pudimos disfrutar de la piscina y nos pareció genial también. El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades, es bonito y silencioso, al dar todas las estancias a los patios interiores del edificio. Súper recomendable.

Very low on coffee pods/toilet paper. they wouldn´t replace! it´s pain to be carrying our own toilet paper on a trip. we asked for couple extra rolls and they refused. However they made an exception and gave us extra coffee pods. So if u are a big family u might run out these small amenities which will not be replaced.

This gives guests the freedom to manage their needs according to their preferences, even if that occasionally includes a quick trip to the store.
That said, we always aim to be as helpful and accommodating as possible, which is why we were happy to provide some additional items on this occasion. TODO! es un edificio de apartamentos con personal durante el día que te recibe muy amablemente. El apartamento de 3 dormitorios es increíble, la decoración exquisita (de los mejores que me he alojado), nuevo, moderno, completo y muy funcional. La ubicación es excelente, en la orilla del río y cruzando el puente está el casco antiguo, andando 10 minutos. En la terraza tiene una piscina pequeña, solarium y una cafetería con vistas a la Giralda y todo el casco antiguo de Sevilla, de película!! A pesar del mal tiempo pudimos disfrutarla. El personal es super amable y en todo momento dispuesto para asesorarnos o ayudarnos ante cualquier incidente. Sin dudas lo recomiendo 100%, volveremos en nuestro próximo viaje a la hermosa Sevilla!
Lo unico, que le falta es garaje, la zona es complicada para aparcar, hay que dejar el coche en un aparcamiento a 800 mts. Pero creo que están viendo de tener uno, sería genial!

Queremos aclarar que en nuestro edificio, que cuenta con 18 apartamentos, algunos tienen vistas al exterior y otros no. Por este motivo, al realizar la reserva, enviamos un correo electrónico detallando el apartamento elegido, junto con fotos y descripciones específicas.
Respecto al estacionamiento, al encontrarnos en un barrio tan céntrico como Triana, entendemos las dificultades que puede haber para encontrar aparcamiento en la zona. Lamentamos cualquier inconveniente que esto haya podido causar.
Esperamos que, a pesar de estos contratiempos, hayan disfrutado de la ubicación, camas y mobiliario en general. Si deciden volver, estaremos encantados de ayudarles a encontrar la mejor opción que se ajuste a sus preferencias.

This is a beautifully presented and very spacious apartment. It has the feel of a luxury hotel but with the space and facilities of an apartment. Added bonus of a swimming pool and lovely terrace area with a great view of the Torre del Oro. It´s not in central Seville but all the main attractions can be reached walking. We really enjoyed our stay here and it was great to have an area to leave luggage and use the pool and terrace area after check out as we had a late flight.
Overall this is a fantastic apartment. The walls are a little thin and we were woken up early one morning by someone in the atrium talking on the phone. If there are noisy guests this could be an issue. Perhaps more toiletries could be left as only one very small shower gel and shampoo left per guest for 4 nights. The terrace has a large number of tables and chairs and only a few sunbeds. As there is no food served here it would be better to have more sunbeds or relaxing chairs. I´m being very picky as this is one of the nicest places I have stayed in and I would highly recommend it.
