La casa es tal cual las fotos. Estaba todo limpisimo. Equipado. Ubicación excepcional, en pleno centro. La chica que nos entregó las llaves es muy simpática y atenta. Nos proporcionó un montón de información acerca de sitios que visitar.
Lo que menos nos gustó fue que con la calefacción encendida, saltaban constantemente los plomos. Éramos 6 para ducharnos y el último se duchó con agua fría. A pesar de pasar poco tiempo en casa, sólo para dormir, una vecina nos dio un susto. Nos chilló en un momento determinado para pedir silencio cuando tan sólo nos estábamos riendo. Inmediatamente nos callamos pero, el aislamiento no es muy bueno, ya que tanto el frío como el sonido traspasan fácilmente las paredes. Son muy puntuales a la hora de dejar el alojamiento. No dejan ni 5 min de cortesía para que termines de sacar las maletas.

We had trouble finding the property. It’s a big door behind the statue of a man & donkey. More specific directions would have saved a lot of stress. No double glazing in third bedroom so it’s noisy. No fans in bathrooms. Doors in bathrooms don’t close properly.

We visited 5 cities in Spain and hands down, this was the very best place we stayed. The apartment is absolutely beautiful! It is the entire third floor of the building and is located in the most beautiful plaza in Granada. Each room is beautifully decorated and much love has gone into maximizing the beauty of the original architecture . There are lots of fabulous restaurants and great shopping in the immediate area. Elvira was absolutely wonderful. She showed us around the apartment and was easy to reach. She was amazing. We loved her enthusiasm and great energy! This stay was a major highlight of our two week trip.

super beautiful interior that feels spacious and luxurious. the pictures don’t lie! :) we felt like in a beautiful movie :D super central location to reach everything one wants to see and do in granada.
outside of the house is a plaza and that is very busy and loud. the restaurant and bar is open until 00.30, but the plaza is quite busy at night too and lots of sounds in the early morning hours of cars arriving etc. two rooms have new windows which make it ok, but the room with the twin beds only has old windows and it sounds like you’re sleeping on the plaza! luckily we were only three people and did t have to use this room. i found it complicated to have to communicate with an extra check in team and then even with another person (who was very friendly!) who would let us in. also when receiving my booking confirmation i got a notice that i will have to sign something that i’m liable for all damage done. ne er had to sign such thing for any hotel booked in my whole life! well…they forgot to ask me for that :) but nevertheless i found it a weird thing. the had provided some fruit, tea and washing powder for us, but when we asked for salt and pepper we were told this is not included in the price. a bit disappointing to be honest.

Der Vermieter beantwortet keine Fragen sondern verweist an den Check-In-Service. Dort spricht und versteht man aber kaum Englisch, so dass die Anreise zum Desaster wurde. Wir warteten auf eine Nachricht mit dem nächst gelegenen Parkhaus, während der Service vor dem Haus auf uns wartete. Man könnte darauf aufmerksam machen, dass die Unterkunft in der Fußgängerzone liegt und ohne Aufzug im dritten Stock. Auch hat uns Googlemaps nicht bis zur Unterkunft geführt. Ein aufmerksamer Vermieter weiß sowas und informiert. Aber dem war nur wichtig, dass wir keine Party feiern. Alles in allem fehlt es zum 100%igen Wohlfühlen. Fenster und Türen klemmen, vieles dürfte mal frisch gestrichen werden, Glühbirnen kaputt, mehrere Heizkörper kaputt, nicht wirklich sauber, abgezählte Nespessokapseln (jeden Morgen für jeden eine Tasse Kaffee!), kein Küchenhandtuch... Es fehlt eine liebevolle Hand, die den Gast "umsorgt". Bei dem Preis habe ich einfach mehr erwartet.

Lo mejor lo céntrico que está. Justo al lado de la catedral. Decoración pintoresca y muy limpio.
Lo peor es que habiendo puesto el filtro de solo parking me sale este alojamiento y resulta que el parking que tienen es el parking público que hay cercano ( que además es bien caro ) . A tener en cuenta que es un segundo sin ascensor .

城市的内部道路,呵呵!不能直接开到公寓楼下,要开到公共停车场,足足找了一个小时,导航和人全部崩溃。然后,因为下雨很冷,房子开了三个油町和第二个空调后开始跳闸,一晚上跳了四次,导致晚上不敢开空调,冷醒。厕所一个没有热水,6个人排队用一个厕所。第二天唯一的一个厕所水都不热。开车停车交钥匙都特别的麻烦,我们赶快逃离这里!另外可能是比较老的关系,地板玻璃特别的脏,其他地方我也不敢细看,洗衣机洗的衣服有股味道。

It´s located in the heart of the city and there is very difficult to drive so it´s easy to find traffic restricctions. Also the traffic in the square where the apartment is located is not allowed. Un peu bruyant dans les chambres et salle à manger ( pas de double vitrage). Plomberie salles de bain à revoir.

Merci beaucoup pour ton commentaire. Gardez à l´esprit que l´appartement est situé dans le centre de Grenade sur une place très fréquentée, il est donc difficile de ne pas avoir de bruit. 地理位置优越,就在罗马尼亚广场旁,走一点路就是主教堂,楼下餐饮选择很多。之前看到照片就订了,装修格调非常赞,设施齐全,三个房间都很舒适,推荐。
除了没电梯,搬行李可是有点痛苦的,其他没毛病~

Great location and decor, with amazing amounts of space. Beautiful bathrooms, and and lounges. Close to cathedral and with market and shops close by.
The twin room doesn´t have secondary glazing so is very noisy in the evening. Main bed is quite firm, but that depends what you like.
good decoration with full facilities, good location for sight seeing. clean and good communication with staff
super noisy outside till midnight, no elevate for 3th floor(OMG,we had 5 old people and 6 big luggages). only local car can´t drive nearby so that we had a long way with heavy luggages from where our car parking...

We are sorry for these inconveniences but the thing is the the apartment is located in the heart of Granada, so noises in the street are out of our control and it´s not possible to stay completely silent, also the center of the city has a lot of traffic restrictions and the square where the apartment is located is pedestrian. Before your reservation, you can read that the apartment is located on a 3rd floor without elevator. Anyway, we are grateful for your words that let us to improve and we hope that you had a nice stay. Genteel Home Team

Needed blackout curtains in one of the bedrooms. Sunlight pours in and we needed sleep! Also, if traveling with little children, might need to be more careful with the decor—-Breakable things throughout the apt!
Sehr schöne Unterkunft mitten in der Allstadt. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Das Appartement ist mit sehr viel Geschmack eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz für alle.
Die Küche könnte noch ein bisschen besser ausgestattet sein. Es fehlten kleine Schüsseln und eine Küchenschere. Wir wissen es ist so üblich, aber Betten bezogen mit richtigen Bettbezügen und nicht mit Laken umwickelt, würden uns viel besser gefallen.
I suppose the three flights of stairs but none of us died so it was probably good for us.
Deberían de cuidar algo más la limpieza debajo de las camas ( habían objetos de antiguos huéspedes) En dos habitaciones tienen doble ventana por lo que no se oyen nada, pero en la otra habitación deberían hacer lo mismo, ya que incluiso en uno de los cristales cabe un dedo y por ahí entra el frío. También deberían de cuidar la iluminación de la escalera. De 3 plantas y la entrada sólo había luz en la segunda, y una escalera tan Grande y antigua da un poco de miedo subirla a oscuras. Pero son cosas que se pueden mejorar. Aun así volveríamos

Alguns quartos não têm isolamento total de luz
No recuerdo de leer que fuera un tercero sin ascensor. El sofá bonito pero incómodo. No hay tv en dormitorio La calefacción es de luz y al hacer mucho frío y tenerlos encendidos los de los tres dormitorios se iba La Luz. La primera noche pasamos frío

Gracias por su comentario Carmen. Lo cierto es que en la web de booking no consta que el edificio tenga ascensor e igualmente, puede ver en las fotos y las características del apartamento que no hay TV en los dormitorios, sólo en el salón. Genteel Home Team
No hay ascensor y es una 3ª Planta. Las bombas de calor que tiene la casa, no son suficientes para tener una temperatura agradable. HAce frio en las estancias.

Nos alegra saber que han disfrutado de la decoración y ambientes de nuestro apartamento, Con respecto a lo que comenta de las escaleras, en nuestra propiedad ya se informa que no costa de ascensor, por lo que es una información de la que usted ya disponía previo a su reserva. Con respecto a las calefacciones, sentimos mucho que no nos lo comentara durante su estancia, ya que, aunque no hemos tenido ese problema antes, les habríamos facilitado calentadores extras si para su gusto la casa no estaba suficientemente cálida. Nos apena mucho la puntuación que nos ha dado, ya que nuestra máxima es dar el mejor de los servicios. Genteel Home Team
La limpieza, la ubicación, la decoración muy cuidada, el check in muy fácil, los detalles navideños como el árbol...el papa noel...las plantas de pascua...los chocolates para las niñas....lo recomiendo al 100x100. Volvería sin duda.
Quizás que hacía frío. La casa tiene calefacción de bomba de calor, de aire acondicionado caliente. Personalmente prefiero radiadores pero se estaba bien.
It´s a wonder of home. We were having New Year´s Eve and it was great. The house is even better than we expected. The location is perfect, located in the center and next to the Cathedral. The house is perfectly equipped and we were surprised that there were sweets for breakfast, coffee, oil, salt, etc. In the bathrooms (by the way, beautiful) shampoo and gel. The cleanliness is 10. The beds and pillows very comfortable. Carlos is great, always looking to see if we needed anything. In short, a real success to stay in Granada.
Es ist ein Wunder des Zuhauses. Wir hatten Silvester und es war toll. Das Haus ist immer noch viel besser, als wir erwartet haben. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt im Zentrum und neben der Kathedrale. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und wir waren überrascht, dass es Süßigkeiten zum Frühstück, Kaffee, Öl, Salz, etc. gab. In den Bädern (übrigens kostbar) Shampoo und Gel. Die Sauberkeit ist makellos. Die Betten und Kissen sind sehr bequem. Carlos charmant, immer auf der Suche, ob wir etwas brauchen. Kurz gesagt, ein echter Erfolg, um in Granada zu bleiben.

Respecto a lo que nos comenta, en el apartamento tienen calefacción en todas las estancias, por lo que no deberían haberla echado en falta, y con respecto a las persianas, todas las ventanas disponen de foscuris, que dan la misma oscuridad que puede dar una persiana, por lo que hasta ahora no habíamos tenido ninguna queja al respecto. Casa freddissima, riscaldata solo con condizionatori in alcune stanze, che se accesi contemporaneamente facevano scattare gli interruttori dell´elettricità. Non molto pulita. Alcune luci non funzionavano.

It’s great to know you had appreciated the location of our apartment We have to admit we are quite surprised about your comments, due to we have a 9.3, earned throught the quality of the experience we offer in our appartment. Our appartment could be perfectly warmed by using the splits located in every room, and they can be turn on at the same time without any problem, but of course, as it happens in every home, you shouldn´t be using at the same time the washingmachine, the hairdrier, the oven etc, because there is a maximum of electricity that can be use at the very same time. We are very sorry if our appartmente didn´t fulfill your expectections, but we are absolutky proud of the service we provide. Genteel Home Team.
The apartment is decorated in a wonderful manner, it is not filled with Ikea decorations. The host was very helpful, we so much appreciated his extra efforts to help us.
因为喜欢公寓相片就定了,没有想到房间非常大,也很舒适。从厨房到餐厅需要推车送菜,很有意思的体验。地理位置很好,旁边就是大教堂,楼下很多餐厅,街角有水果店,食品店,买了很多点心和水果。
除了没有电梯没任何毛病
La décoration sublime de l´appartement. Une situation géographique exceptionnelle. Vraiment très bien à tout point de vue.
Pas d´ascenseur. Si vous avez des grosses valises c´est un peu compliqué... et manque de rideaux dans une chambre.

Intervention d´un technicien afin de réparer la climatisation durant notre séjour. On aurait aimé une intervention entre deux clients... Incompréhension sur l´heure du check out. En effet, on nous avait dit qu´on pouvait quitter les lieux à 12h maximum. A 11h, une femme de ménage avait sonné afin de nous dire de partir. De plus, l´eau chaude a été coupé à partir de 11h...

房间超大,位置超好,下面吃的餐馆很多,而且味道非常好,边上不远处就是景点,真的太方便了。(Muy muy satisfecho. La habitación es muy grande, la ubicación es súper buena, hay muchos restaurantes para comer debajo, y el sabor es muy bueno, no muy lejos de los lugares de interés, es realmente conveniente.)
El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades para la estancia, y la decoración es magnífica.
Recomendable 100%.
