We had a pleasant stay at this apartment in Florence. It was very nice to have Sal there to meet and greet us—he explained everything clearly and made us feel welcome from the start. The apartment itself is clean and spacious, which made our stay comfortable. One thing to note is that the building is quite old and doesn’t have an elevator, and the nearby tram can be a bit loud at times. Overall, we still really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the warm hospitality.
