We are sincerely sorry that the noise from the street has affected your rest. We appreciate your understanding, as the orientation of the building is something we cannot change. Our building has a characteristic historical value and a privileged location, although it can also show the typical bustle of the city. However, we will take your observation into account and evaluate possible solutions to improve the experience of our future guests.
Regarding parking, we are proud to mention that we provide detailed information before our guests book their stay and we would also like to mention that the rates are set by the parking provider and are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
