The apartment features a spacious and bright living room with contemporary décor, including a sofa, two armchairs, Smart TV, and a dining area for six. The separate kitchen is modern, functional, and fully equipped with high-end appliances and all necessary utensils.
The sleeping area includes three bedrooms:
- The first has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), built-in wardrobes, adjustable air conditioning, and abundant natural light.
- The second offers a double bed (150 x 200 cm), built-in wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and central climate control.
- The third also features a double bed (150 x 200 cm), built-in wardrobes, climate control, and a private modern bathroom.
All three bathrooms have been recently renovated, with spacious showers, designer fixtures, and premium finishes.
Located in a quiet residential area of Marbella, the apartment is surrounded by shops, supermarkets, cafés, and all essential services. It’s just a short drive from the old town, the beach, and the famous Golden Mile.

Nothing really just some smaller issues to mention. We booked a garage space which was offered with the apartment, but the request did not get registered, so we had to ask for this again on arrival. The host was quick in arranging it though. The apartment has 3 rooms but we only received 1 key, which was not ideal, but we were told the apartment has been recently taken over by the owner, so I guess they were just not fully prepared yet. A private elementary school was across the road from the terrace and children were a bit noisy at times, but it did not really bother us and would not keep us from going back.
