Magnificent 3-bedroom apartment with privileged views of the sea and Victoria beach and a private garage space ( 2,15m x 2,50m)
Upon entering the apartment we find on the left the main room with a 1.50 x 1.90 bed, built-in wardrobe, large window with sea views and a complete bathroom en suite. From the hall we access the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils for its use. Next, we have the living room with a dining table for six people, a beautiful sofa, Smart TV and access to the terrace equipped with a table and two chairs where you can enjoy the sea views.
