This was a very nice apartment in a great location. Right on the ocean and a lovely 1/2-hour walk along the water to the center of Cádiz. Check-in was in person, communication was very easy, the place was clean, comfortable, quiet and nicely furnished. Highly recommended!

Very well located apartment. View on the ocean from living room and balcony is breathtaking. Apartment is exceptionally clean and furniture in excellent condition. We had to cut our stay in half however as the apartment above was going into heavy construction. It would have been better to have been warned. If the construction is over (in a few weeks/months) , this apartment is perfect.

Very nice apartment with wonderful view. A few minutes walk from the Center. The communication with the host was perfect. We come back again.

We only wish we could have stayed longer!! We were 5 guests in total and felt we had plenty of space with everything we needed. Check in was super clear with helpful tips and then we got loads of local recommendations.

Three couples enjoyed this condo for 2 nights in September 2023. It is very modern with a great "beachy" decor. We loved the location, as it was off the beaten tourist path a bit. Please note that their picture makes it appear that it is right on the beach, but there is actually a road between it and the beach. Not that this mattered, but I just think it should be disclosed. There is a bike and jogging path between the road and the beach, and it is a great place to people watch. There is a beach bar right across the street and numerous restaurants just a few minutes´ walk to choose from. You can also rent chairs on the beach with umbrellas. We had rented a 9 passenger Mercedes Vito van and weren´t certain it would fit in the condo´s single parking spot in the basement garage. It was a "tight fit", but it did fit! There is a grocery store a 5-minute walk away. We walked into Old town Cadiz. It is a flat easy walk. I think it took about 40 minutes. We took taxis back to the condo for only 5 Euros. The only thing I think that could be better is maybe a few more "essential items" provided. BUT....that is me being picky. We would definitely rent this condo again and would happily recommend it to others. Thank you, Javier and Susana, for the great communication through the WhatsApp. That process worked really well!! Fabulous location overlooking the beach! Very comfortable apartment and beds. Light and airy and delightful! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely rent it again. Convenient to great restaurants, old town and the cathedral. Walk to everywhere! The garage was a plus though tricky to park in the designated spot (we managed) - small car is a plus!

Super nice apartment, with very good space, clean, with basically everything we needed to have a super and comfy stay. The beach is just there, super good view, 5 stars sunset, near good restaurants and supermarkets. Javier was super helpful and clear talking with us. The only thing we regret was to stay just a couple of days.

El departamento es super moderno y cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos para poder cocinar y estar tranquilo. La vista es directa al mar, hermoso!! La ubicación es muy buena, abajo hay unos restaurantes muy bueno y sino a pocas cuadras hay varios más. La Av. principal está a dos cuadras por ende hay mucha disponibilidad de supermercados y tiendas

El apartamento es una maravilla. Todo nuevo , ideal, con todos los detalles necesarios. Las vistas son espectaculares. La ubicación perfecta. Los anfitriones son súper amables, pendientes en todo momento, ayudándonos , dándonos las indicaciones oportunas, haciéndolo todo muy fácil. Todo de 10. Sin duda volveremos.

Hicimos un viaje en familia, el apartamento estaba super lindo, la vista es hermosa, tiene un balcón muy agradable con vita al mar, las habitaciones super lindas, baños aseados, Silvia estuvo muy atenta a todos nuestros requerimientos, a nuestra llegada. Encuentras muchos restaurantes y sitios para tapas y cerveza. El apartamento superó nuestras expectativas, relación calidad y precio super. Gracias por la hospitalidad.
