Stunning apartment with large private terrace in the heart of Seville.
This is a high quality apartment located in Zaragoza street, just in front of Plaza Nueva.
It is located in a beautiful building, totally refurbished and renovated, providing the property with great quality and comfort.
The construction of the apartment is all first-class quality: doors, floor, windows, kitchen, etc. It has been furnished with high quality designer furniture and attention to details and following neutral and clean tones.
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a beautiful living room, an fully equipped kitchen and a large private terrace.
We access the apartment throught the entrance hall and will find one of the bedrooms on the right. It has a double bed of 1.50 x 1.90, built-in wardrobe and a window to a very sunny, warm common courtyard of the building with a classic architecture.
Following the front hallway, we find a complete separate bathroom, and then the living room facing a quiet back street. The kitchen is almost integrated in the living room and has everything you need for cooking. Leaving the living room and continuing the entrance hall we arrive at the back bedroom which as the living room faces the back street, although very quiet at any time of day. This bedroom has two single beds of 90 x 1.90 each, separated by a bedside table, and also has a built-in wardrobe.
Right at the entrance of the living room we climb the stairs directly to the main bedroom, through which you have easy access to the private terrace of the apartment. This bedroom has two beds of 90 x 1.90 put together, and a complete ensuite bathroom.
The private terrace has more than 40 m2 and it is divided into living area, with garden furniture: sofas, tables, cushions and an awning, another dining area, with a larger table and chairs, giving room for 8 people, and finally an area with two sun loungers perfect for sunbathing and relaxing.
The apartment is located in an excellent area. Located in the Arenal neighborhood, in the heart of the center of Seville, the apartment is in front of the Plaza Nueva, and a few meters from the Town Hall and the Cathedral. It is without doubt the best area of the city and in the surroundings the best restaurants and bars can be found where to enjoy the best Andalusian gastronomy!

The apartment was very centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were very friendly and the flat was clean. We loved the location and it was really quiet. Unfortunately, it was raining all weekend, so we were not able to enjoy the roof terrace. The apartment wasn’t as stunning looking as in the photos. I would say that the photos had been taken a while back with good lighting. The view outside the living room was a wall full of pidgin poop, not the most appealing.

Apartamento muy amplio, ideal para 6 personas. Una toalla para el cuerpo y una cara cada uno y 4 gel de ducha pequeño en cada baño. También hay productos de limpieza y cápsulas de café, una botella de agua, hervidor de agua, microondas, horno y nevera. Siempre comimos fuera pero si quisiéramos comer en casa no faltaría nada. Camas muy cómodas, limpieza discreta y ambiente acogedor. Wifi funcionaba perfectamente. Muy lindo solarium en el techo que entras desde la habitación doble hasta el primer piso del apartamento. Excelente ubicación para visitar todo Sevilla. Queremos agradecer a Salvador por la amabilidad y hospitalidad.

Ev çok merkeziydi her yere yürüyüş mesafesindeydi. Eve yakın bir sürü restoran ve kafe vardı. Personel kapıda karşılayıp girişimizi yaptı. Tüm bilgilendirme çok güzel ve anlaşılır bir şekilde yapıldı. Ev genel olarak temizdi. Mutfaktaki ekipmanlar çok yeterli ve temizdi. Oturma alanı rahat ve konforluydu.
Üst kattaki odanın kapısı olmadığından ses konusunda biraz sıkıntı yaşadık. Alt kattaki oda da genel avluya baktığından sabah dışarıdaki sesin hepsi odanın içindeydi. Resimlerde bir kaç tane daire var bize denk gelen daire resimlerdekiler gibi ferah ve aydınlık değildi. Banyoların elden geçmesi lazım özellikle küvetli banyo bayağı eskimiş.

The location was perfect. Bedrooms comfortable, big lounge, bathrooms are good, heating and air con work well. Lots of restaurants all around and a locker store and taxi rank very close. Hosts very helpful and on hand to help.
The sofa bed covers on the sofa bed could do with a clean. But everything else was very clean. Nothing to do with the property itself but to be aware that there is noise transfer from neighbours mainly shutting their front doors which can be loud as the complex design means noise will echo due to marble floors. Would stay here again though.

Gli spazi comodi per un gruppo di sei adulti. La posizione, oltremodo strategica, è in pieno centro storico ed a 5’ a piedi dalla Giralda. L’ideale per visitare la città senza dover ricorrere a nessun mezzo pubblico o privato che sia. Ultima ma non meno importante la terrazza, dotata di ogni confort permette di rilassarsi a fine giornata con un panorama invidiabile.
