It has a sofisticated living room, furnished with high quality standars, with sofa bed of 1.40*1.90 m, which gives the apartment capacity up to 6 people. The kitchen, modern and design, is integrated into the living room and equipped with everything our guests may need. The independent bathroom, spacious and with a very comfortable shower can be accessed from the hallway, an following it, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1.50 * 1.90 m, and the other with two single beds of 0.90 * 1.90 m each.

This is not an apartment for those who want to cook something, or even fry eggs for breakfast, make scrambled eggs. The kitchenette is small, there is no dishwasher :( This is a typical apartment, which is not meant to be used for longer stays, meals are definitely in the city. But if you are aware of this, otherwise ok.

Localização! Localização! Localização! Se pretende visitar Sevilha e ficar próximo de todos os pontos turísticos, históricos, lojas e vida boémia, este é o local perfeito. Situado no centro histórico mas numa rua super calma e o prédio também. De tantas vezes que já visitei a cidade, este foi sem dúvida o melhor alojamento até agora. Um apartamento moderno, com todas as utilidades necessárias para preparar refeições, as camas super confortáveis e ar condicionado em todas as divisões. Fiquei mm muito agradada com o alojamento. Bem como com a equipa da Genteel. São super atenciosos, sempre em constante comunicação desde a altura da reserva até ao check in, e mantêm a mm disponibilidade durante a estadia caso haja essa necessidade. O parqueamento de automóveis também é de muito fácil acesso, com um pagamento de cerca de 25€/dia.
Gostei de tudo. Aconselho.

Por lo tanto, estamos muy contentos de leer que estaban satisfechos con la suya. Ha sido un placer tenerle con nosotros y esperamos poder servirle de nuevo pronto. Appartement très bien décoré et lumineux. Cuisine bien équipée, cependant nous aurions aimé avoir un lave-vaisselle plutôt qu´un grand congélateur qui ne nous a servi à rien pour un séjour court. Dans la cuisine il n´y avait pas assez de linge pour faire la vaisselle à la main. L´appartement étant loué pour 4 personnes, il faudrait prévoir le matériel pour accrocher 4 serviettes dans la salle de bain. Le séjour est très agréable à vivre, les chambres belles et confortables. La présence d´une supérette bien fournie juste à côté était extrêmement pratique. Notre hôte était agréable, il nous a bien montré l´appartement et largement renseignés sur la ville.
Une heure d´attente pour entrer dans l´appartement. Notre hôte a été retardé par un client qu´il a dû aider. Cependant il a su compenser notre attente en ne nous faisant pas payer le supplément pour arrivée aprés 21h.

Списали деньги в сумме 331 евро два раза! С карты того, кто бронировал отель и с карты еще одного гостя. Пишем письма - надеюсь вернут незаконно списанные деньги. На кухне над столешницей расположено стекло ( не каленое и не предусмотренное для использования при высоких температурах - обычное стекло, как в окнах) над плитой стекло было треснувшее при заезде. Мы не придали этому значение, т.к.в целом квартира устроила полностью. Были очень удивлены, получив через некоторое время претензию от хозяев, что якобы это мы разбили стекло! Мы не причиняли вред квартире и не принимаем эту претензию. Однако с нас списали депозит 200 евро до подсчета ущерба - жэсть. Впервые с таким сталкиваюсь за многие годы путешествий. Рекомендую проверять каждый сантиметр в квартире)) если не хотите платить непредвиденные расходы.
