This loft apartment with private terrace is located on the penthouse floor of a completely refurbished building in the centre of Seville, in Plaza San Francisco, opposite the city’s town hall. Upon entering, you are greeted by a hallway with a striking glass ceiling that allows natural light to enter from the private terrace, complemented by an automatic awning to ensure your privacy and comfort, and on the left hand side you will find the fully equipped bathroom.

Continuing through the studio, there is an open kitchen fully equipped with everything necessary for daily use. There is a small dining area consisting of a high table and two stools, perfect for enjoying light meals or morning coffee. The main part of the accommodation consists of a double bed, mirror, television, and a large wardrobe with hangers and drawers for storage. Next to the bed, there’s a comfortable sofa bed for two people.

This accommodation is notable for its two balconies facing Plaza San Francisco, offering direct views of the Seville town hall, one of the most recognized places in the Andalusian capital. This studio is practical, completely renovated, and in an unbeatable location.

The apartment features a private terrace with independent access located on the fourth floor of the building, which can be reached via the elevator.
