Pas vraiment important mais il manquait peut être juste un épluche légumes et un torchon à vaisselle. Le message d’enregistrement des personnes est aussi peut-être un peu tardif car nous allions monter dans l’avion au moment où nous l’avons reçu et nous avons failli ne plus avoir de réseau pour y répondre ….

La ubicación fantástica, la amabilidad y eficacia de los encargados.

Emplacement de l´appartement. Idéalement situé à côté des l´Alcazar, de la cathédrale et des restaurants.
L´appartement ne fait pas 94m2 comme indiqué dans l´annonce.... L´appartement en lui-même (rez-de-chaussée) fait moins de 50m2 et la terrasse (au 2e étage) 20m2 maximum. Le ménage avait mal été fait. Une seule prise de courant dans la cuisine !!!! Un peu juste pour une cafetière, un grille-pain et une bouilloire ...On est quand même au XXIe siècle ! Juste trois capsules de café/huile d´olive/vinaigre à disposition !!! C´est la première fois que nous louons un appartement si chichement achalandé. Chambres minuscules. Infiltrations d´eau dans la chambre principale. Lits sans alèse ... Bonjour l´hygiène! Il y a des placards ... mais pas d´étagères pour ranger ses affaires. Aucun emplacement dans la salle de bains pour ranger ses affaires de toilette.

The property has been professionally measured, and the square footage stated is correct. As for the other concerns you mentioned, we regret any inconvenience you may have experienced. However, we are pleased to note that our team promptly addressed and followed up on each of the issues you raised, successfully resolving the majority of them. Regarding the water infiltration, we provided a solution, but unfortunately, as we were not granted access to the apartment, we were unable to fix it during your stay. Nonetheless, we can confirm that this issue has now been fully resolved.

Sin embargo, entendemos que las alergias son un asunto muy personal, y nos hubiera gustado que nos lo hubiera comunicado para poder tomar medidas inmediatas y mejorar su experiencia. El apartamento era muy cómodo, perfecto para nuestra estancia de 5 días. Estábamos a poca distancia de la catedral y de nuestro restaurante favorito ´Bar Catedral´. Estaba un poco preocupado, ya que había leído en algunas críticas que era un lugar ruidoso sin embargo, nos pareció extremadamente tranquilo por la noche y no podía escuchar ningún ruido en absoluto. Las campanas de la catedral no eran para nada molestas ya que solo podíamos escucharlas si abríamos la puerta del patio. La zona de estar exterior es preciosa y, aunque no la usamos mucho debido al clima, fue un lugar estupendo para tomar una copa y charlar temprano por la noche. Sin ningún problema, recomiendo esta propiedad de todo corazón y espero que esté disponible en nuestro próximo viaje a Sevilla, ya que definitivamente volveremos.

El ruido exterior de la calle y las campanas de la catedral insoportables. El apartamento bien reformado pero le faltan detalles importantes: no hay espacio en los dormitorios. Los techos son altísimos y la pared del dormitorio principal con muchas manchas de humedad. El sofá cama del salón muy muy malo. El baño no tiene ventilación y en cuanto entra una persona,... no se val el olor. La escobilla rota, la tv del dormitorio no funciona, ...

No obstante, lamentamos que algunos aspectos de su estancia no hayan sido de su agrado. Entendemos que nuestra ubicación cercana a la catedral tiene un encanto especial, pero también comprendemos que los sonidos de las campanas pueden ser una experiencia maravillosa para algunos y menos agradable para otros. A pesar de ello, nos esforzamos por hacer todo lo posible para mitigar cualquier posible molestia, y tomamos nota de su observación para mejorar en este aspecto.
En cuanto a los otros detalles que menciona, nos disculpamos si el apartamento no cumplió completamente con sus expectativas. Si bien buscamos ofrecer un espacio cómodo y bien reformado, la percepción del confort puede ser subjetiva, y agradecemos que nos haya señalado áreas donde podemos mejorar. La limpieza y el mantenimiento son prioritarios para nosotros, por lo que revisaremos minuciosamente los puntos mencionados para evitar que situaciones similares se repitan en el futuro.

La ubicación perfecta, lo único que no especifica que si pones que te lleve el google maps con el coche te lleva por unas calles tan estrechas que puedes rozar el coche facilmente.
no tenia aire acondicionado y los mandos te los televisores estaban sin pilas, el baño no tiene ventilación y el extractor del techo no funciona, existe una tubería encima delo mueble de la lavadora que hace mucho ruido
