This apartment is located in one of the most beautiful zones of Seville. The Arenal area is a traditional complex of beautiful and luminuos streets where you can feel the tradition and the great atmosphere of the historic center. Here you will find many traditional restaurants, bars for typical ’tapas’ and artisan shops while walking through the streets between the river Guadalquivir and the Cathedral.

The apartment was nice, clean & plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with some basic cooking supplies. The croissants, breakfast cookies, coffee, milk all were greatly appreciated. There was even some laundry soap for the washing machine. There was a drying rack that we put out on the rooftop which was just outside our door. There were some nice books of Spain that were really nice to look through. Lighting and heaters were great. We were on the forth floor with the elevator only going to the third floor, but we knew that, it was stated in booking. That really was no Problem. Check-in was great with two women who met us at the apartment and provided great information on things to do. She also gave us her contact information for assistance should we want to purchase tickets or with anything to help us get around Seville.
I do not understand why there is an $18 a day cleaning fee per night when no one came by to clean or refresh supplies the entire time we were there. The second day we were there, I realized we were almost out of the one small roll of toilet paper that was left, so I contacted the number provided to ask for another roll. Mind you, there were two adults, staying for 3 nights, paying $18 a day for the cleaning fee. This is the response I got: Madame, in the toilet there must be more. Moreover, if you need extra toilet paper you need to buy it since we do not provide refills. Thanks a lo I again wrote that we were left with only one roll. No reply back, nor no roll delivered. We ended up having to buy a whole pack of paper, when we only needed one

Nous avons apprécié l´emplacement idéal dans le centre de Séville ainsi que la propreté de l´appartement et la petite attention pour le petit déjeuner.
L´agence GenteelHôme propose plusieurs appartements avec un seul lien sur le site de booking.com mais aucune photo sur les 43 montre une cuisine fermée avec un plan de travail beige. Nous avons donc cru réserver un appartement avec une cuisine avec un plan de travail blanc ouverte sur le séjour comme le montre les premières photos. Ce n´est que lors de la confirmation que nous avons vu que la cuisine était fermée avec un plan de travail beige. Nous ferons attention la prochaine fois à regarder les photos de l´appartement et ne pas se laisser influencer par la globalité. L´erreur vient en partie de nous. Le canapé convertible ne permet pas de passer une bonne nuit car le sommier est divisé en blocs de matériaux différents. Donc l´appartement est plus pour 2 personnes que 3 avec une belle chambre. La salle de bain devrait avoir un petit coup de jeunesse !

Nous comprenons que votre mauvais score est dû au fait que nous facturons 60€. En sortant de l´appartement, la porte était verrouillée car vous aviez laissé la clé dans la serrure. Notre nettoyeur n´a pas pu entrer dans l´appartement pour cette raison. Nous avons dû appeler un serrurier pour ouvrir la porte. Le coût de tout cela était de 60 euros qui ont été retenus sur le dépôt, nous avons également envoyé la facture avec les frais. Il est dommage que, pour cette raison, vous accordiez une valeur négative à tout, notre équipe s’efforçant de rendre votre séjour agréable. De plus, il était écrit dans le règlement de l´appartement qu´il était interdit de laisser les clés à l´intérieur, précisément pour éviter ce problème. Quoi qu´il en soit, nous espérons que vous apprécierez votre séjour à Séville.
La posizione è perfetta. Di fianco alla Plaza de Toros, a 5 min a piedi dalla Cattedrale, e comodissimo a tutte le altre principali attrazioni. Appartamento luminoso e pulito. Attico al 4° piano, di cui 3 piani serviti da ascensore e l´ultimo piano da fare a piedi. C´è una camera matrimoniale e un divano letto nel soggiorno. Wifi, lavatrice, cucina.
Non c´è nulla che non ci sia piaciuto. Alcune particolarità che caratterizzano l´appartamento come l´assenza del bidet e le finestre che non si possono oscurare, sono ben compensate dai grandi vantaggi

엘리베이터가 있긴한데, 입구 문 열고 들어가서 5개 계단 정도 캐리어 끌고 그냥 올라가야하구요. 엘리베이터 내려서 한 층은 그냥 쌩으로 캐리어 끌고 올라가야합니다.진짜 최악..캐리어 무거운데 죽을뻔..건물 꼭대기에 있어요. 화장실 문 고장난줄모르고 닫았다가 화장실에 갇히는줄...화장실문 내내 못닫고 지냈어요. 세탁기 있긴한데 세탁기 정-말 이상해서 그냥 없다고 생각하셔도 무방할듯..저는 다시간다면 다른 숙소 알아볼래요~

Parts of the apartment not very clean. A cigarette butt under the bed!!! Mini ants in the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. A little basic, but ok for a short stay.

L´appartamento ha una superficie di 55 m², come è chiaramente indicato, composto da una camera da letto e un divano letto doppio nel soggiorno, che controlleremo per vedere se c´è qualche problema con il non rilevato finora. In effetti, il bagno è privato nella camera da letto, quindi potrebbe essere più adatto per le famiglie che per le coppie di amici. In ogni caso, ti abbiamo inviato una email quando hai effettuato la prenotazione con un link al nostro sito web dove è possibile vedere le foto e le descrizioni dell´appartamento, dove è chiaramente indicato che il bagno è all´interno della camera da letto. Comprendiamo che non hai letto quell´e-mail. Ci scusiamo per l´inconveniente e speriamo che in futuro possiamo offrirti una maggiore soddisfazione se ci dai una seconda possibilità di soggiornare in uno dei nostri appartamenti. Saluti
Baño muy pequeño. Situado en un 4° piso, el último hay que subirlo por escalera pues no llega el ascensor.
El alojamiento en sí y su situación. Un apartamento muy agradable, cómodo y decorado con gusto. Muy bien situado a escasos metros del centro histórico de Sevilla.
Nos resultó incómodo la consigna para el equipaje, nos ofrecieron el servicio pero en otro edificio bastante alejado lo que nos resultó incómodo.

En ce qui concerne les aspects négatifs mentionnés, l’appartement que vous avez réservé est un grenier d’une chambre de 55m2 comme indiqué clairement, et nous pensons que l’absence de vues vous a déçu, mais nous ne comprenons pas si vous pensiez que le L´appartement a des vues en raison d´une confusion avec un autre appartement. Location was great, it had everything we needed. Great sheets and towels, new bathroom and kitchen. Guide books provided and good recommendations for eating out. Coffee and dish cleaning items also provided which was great.
Nothing we didn´t like here but here are some suggestions to make it perfect. Would be great to use a table and chairs on the roof top terrace at night, there is a great view of the Cathedral there. Should have mosquito nets on windows. Would be nice to have a spare stool for small child to eat at the table and prefer not to have a glass dining table when children are staying, they like to make noise with it, table mats might fix that.
4인 가족이 지내는데 큰 어려움은 없었지만 작은 편입니다. 4인이 캐리어를 풀고 지내기에 살짝 좁아서 불편했습니다. 세비야에 도착하기전 호스트와 연락은 필수로 사전에 전화통화를 했지만 다른 곳에서 열쇠를 가져다 주기때문에 길가에서 기다리기 조금 불편했습니다 :(
