On the other hand, we sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered upon arrival. This does not reflect our usual high standards, and we will address this with our cleaning team to prevent future occurrences.
Regarding the issue with the keys, we would like to clarify that our policy, which is detailed both during check-in and in the apartment’s rules, specifies that leaving the key in the lock on the inside can prevent us from accessing the apartment and may necessitate a technician´s intervention. As outlined in the house rules, any resulting costs are the responsibility of the guest. We regret any misunderstanding and will work on improving the clarity of our instructions.

Clé de la porte de l´immeuble ne fonctionnant pratiquement pas, parfois 3 à 4 minutes pour parvenir à l´ouvrir avec l´angoisse de rester bloquer dehors ! Dieses Appartement ist sehr gut gelegen, man erreicht die Altstadt von Sevilla mühelos über die nahe Brücke über den Guadalquivier. Dass der Eingang zur Markthalle gleich neben dem Eingang zum Ferienappartement war, hat uns überrascht und sehr gefreut, so konnten wir ganz unkompliziert einkaufen. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es auch einen kleinen Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für zwei Personen, sauber und mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht. Herrlich war die Veranda und die über dem Appartement gelegene Terrasse mit Liegestühlen und einer schönen Sitzgelegenheit mit Sicht auf Sevilla. Wir würden dieses Appartement mit Sicherheit wieder wählen, es war perfekt.
Wir brauchten jeweils sehr lange bis wir das Türschloss bei der Eingangstür zum Haus öffnen konnten. Jeweils nur mit viel Mühe und Glück konnten wir die Türe öffnen. Da müsste der Vermieter mal einen Schlosser aufbieten.

Die beiden Terassen, die Schallisolation, die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit. Das sauberste Appartement, welches wir je bezogen haben, ebenfalls die Koch-Utensilien. Die Ausstattung ist komplett in der Grundausführung, inkl. Kühlschrank, Eisschrank, Wäsche- und Geschirrmaschine. Alle Gegenstände sind in sehr gutem Zustand, wie auch das Mobiliar. Alles ist sinnvoll, passend und geschmackvoll zusammengestellt. Obwohl tagsüber viel los ist in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft, ist es am Abnd sehr ruhig. Restaurants, Geschäfte und die Altstadt in kurzer Geh-Distanz.
Leider kommt aus dem Bad dieser üble Gulli-Geruch, welcher das ganze Appartement betrifft. Das haben schon mehrere Gäste vor uns bemängelt. Wir haben den Geruch abstellen können, indem wir den Ablauf der Dusche mit einer Folie überklebt haben, welche wir jeweils zum Duschen kurz wegnehmen mussten. Im Bad könnte es mehr Ablagefläche und Hacken haben.

Na zdjęciach widać jakoby apartament jest bezpośrednio nad rzeką a w rzeczywistości tak nie jest, taras też inaczej wyglada, zawiodłam się bo to było dla mnie ważne, miało być niespodzianka dla mojego partnera a było niespodzianka dla mnie.

La ubicación y la terraza fueron sin duda lo mejor, las vistas desde la azotea por la noche son espectaculares, se puede ver el puente de triana, la torre del oro y la giralda iluminado y es precioso. La casa muy comoda, una segunda planta con ascensor, a penas se escucha ruido de la calle, todo perfectamente limpio, comodo y decorado con muy buen gusto. La cocina tiene de todo (tostador, exprimidor, cafetera,...) por poner alguna pega, no habia pastillas para el lavavajillas. La ubicacion es increible, justo a los pies se encuentra el mercado de triana con varios sitios para comer, tapear y tomar algo. El apartamento esta fuera de la zona de bajas emisiones por lo que aparcamos en la misma calle a unos 3 minutos andando, no es linea azul, ni para residentes, son aparcamientos normales, no merece la pena dejar el coche en un parking. De todos los alojamientos en los que he estado en sevilla, sin duda este ha sido el mejor.

Me gustó todo pero me gustaría dar una sugerencia al propietario, poner mosquiteras y aprovechar que puedes abrir las puertas de la terraza y las ventanas de la habitación ( que dan a dos calles distintas)

Zeer comfortabel, schoon, heel fijn bed. De stilte ondanks dat je in een drukke stad zit! Fijne terrassen. Mijn appartement (A) bleek aan de straatkant te zitten en niet langs de rivier. Desondanks super stil. Prima locatie, 10 minuutjes wandelen naar het centrum en in het gezellige Triana.
Het appartement was moeilijk te vinden, ik wist geen huisnummer maar dacht er met Google maps wel te komen. Dat bleek een uitdaging. Er is aan de buitenkant ook geen bord zodat niet zichtbaar is waar het appartement is. Uiteindelijk via de app en telefoon gelukt. Blijkt het pal naast de Mercado te zijn, even de brug over en door de overdekte hal lopen. Als dat vantevoren was gecommuniceerd, evenals het huisnummer, had het mij een uur zoeken gescheeld.

Les 3 terrasses : celle au même niveau que l’appartement (coin repas) et les 2 autres au à l’étage (accès avec un escalier extérieur) avec une vue magnifique. Le quartier : Triana, très agréable, calme et accès rapide (10min) à pieds de Santa Cruz. La décoration et les équipements de l’appartement. Accès à 10min à pieds du bus pour l’aéroport.
A part l’odeur dans la salle de bain, absolument rien !

la dificultad para encontrarlo ya que no te indican el número de portal. Hay todo tipo de utensilios e incluso tendedero , plancha aspirador pero NO HAY MICROONDAS, creo que es un básico que no puede faltar y por último que el baño por las noches a veces desprendía algo de olor a tubería

El barrio de Triana donde está ubicado el apartamento es precioso. Tranquilo. Encontré donde aparcar fácilmente por la parte de atrás del barrio de Triana y en cualquier caso, hay numerosos parkings en los que, previo pago, puedes aparcar. El apartamento tiene tres terrazas en las que poder disfrutar, sobre todo en las dos de arriba desde las que se ve el Guadalquivir y la parte sur de Sevilla. Por cierto, aunque está al lado del río, no había insectos. El edificio es muy silencioso y el apartamento está muy bien aislado del ruido. Al lado está ubicado el mercado y Mercadona, Día, Prima prix, Carrefour expres... están a tiro de piedra (en la calle paralela). Aunque puede parecer que esté alejado del centro, nada más lejos de la realidad. Al lado justo está el puente de los Reyes Católicos; al cruzarlo y apenas escasos 5 minutos está el centro. Además es un paseo muy bonito.
No tuve ningún inconveniente y me considero muy pero que muy exigente a la hora de viajar y alojarme.
