To the left, the main bedroom with its double bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower, and another bright window providing natural light.

The operator of this accommodation is obligated to provide, alongside the accommodation service, the following services:
• Catering service whose menu can be consulted here
• This establishment offers its own luggage storage and custody service from Monday to Friday (except holidays) for premium customers, with collection by our staff at the apartment. The rates are 5€ per item. On Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, you can use the service of other companies at designated locations, at approximately 5€ per suitcase.
• Weekly periodic cleaning and change of bed and bath linens, mandatory for stays longer than 6 nights. Included in the price.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do wszystkich atrakcji, sklepów, restauracji i barów. Apartament czysty, wyposażony we wszystkie udogodnienia.
Jedna sprawa. Wielkość apartamentu na zdjęciach większa niż w rzeczywistości. Miało być 45m2 - w rzeczywistości byto ok, 35m2. Zawyżanie powierzchni to chyba powszechna norma dla kwater w Hiszpanii i Portugalii.

Impeccably clean, quiet and super central apartment. Communication with the host the host was great - our flight was delayed so we were able to jump on to Whatsapp and keep the host updated. They were always quick to reply and were waiting for us at the property when we arrived, to hand over the keys. The host also sent us a few recommendations for sightseeing and eating/drinking in the city. The kitchen was well-equipped and we really appreciated the inclusion of a coffee machine and a few pods to use throughout our stay.
This is only a VERY minor complaint, but with the exception of one day when we showered pretty early around 07:30, the water in the shower was only luke warm. We assume that there was only a limited amount of water in the tank for all apartments to share (hence why I had super hot water when I showered early), but as we travelled in winter, we would really have appreciated a super hot shower regardless of time of day.

Es un apartamento muy centrico. Se llega a todos los sitios del centro de Sevilla muy bien y rápido. Todo limpio y listo para entrar.
Las llaves te las proporciona una persona, pero si se llega despues de las 9pm hay que pagar un extra. Es algo que no me parece correcto. Viniendo de madrid en coche, un viaje largo y con trafico, no se puede garantizar la hora de llegada, como ocurrio. Deberían dar más opciones como pasar a recogerlas por algún punto especifico en Sevilla.

The street was really loud. It was hard to fell asleep. We were waking up all the time due to the restaurant noises. The bathroom smelled, maybe due to the old building.

The appartments were super clean, the staff were so amazingly helpful and polite. The recommendations from staff were fantastic The boys ran the Seville Marathon, so having a washing machine was perfect for there clothes. The location was perfect
