The apartment Magdalena Terrace is ideally located in the center of Sevilla and consists of three bedrooms, two complete bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with two different areas for dining and relaxing. In the first bedroom there is a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. In the second one there are two individual twin beds and in the last one there are high-standard bunk beds. The apartment is also equipped with an additional bed so it can accomodate up to seven guests. A true highlight, however, is the beautifully decorated private terrace equipped with garden furniture and deck chairs to enjoy the sun. As it is ideally located in the heart of Seville and just a short walk from all the major sights the terrace offers unique views over the city center.

There is no corkscrew. Had to ask the neighbor. No umbrella available (it rained one evening and nothing to protect yourself with). The elevator is "windy", you sometimes have to wait 2 minutes before the door closes.

Prachtig appartement op geweldige locatie in het centrum. Super schoon alle inrichting van buitengewoon goede kwaliteit. Gezellig ingericht en geweldig terras!
Het internet accesspoint is steeds ´onzichtbaar´ waardoor je vaak geen wifi hebt. (hadden we alle 5 last van met onze telefoons)

La ubicación fantástica Las camas muy comodas
Se aprovecharon mucho en el precio al ser el finde de la copa del rey. Pero era algo general en toda Sevilla. Lo que no nos gustó fue que pedimos salir 1h más tarde y no nos dejaron. La salida era a las 11 y hasta la 15h no salía el tren. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

The lift to the top floor is very slow. Impossible to find on street parking therefore need to park in a secured car park nearby.

A bit difficult to get parking outside to drop bags. Property is on the 6th floor with tiny lift.
Appartement complètement équipé et très confortable. On y trouve tout comme à la maison et même plus. Il est très bien placé avec une très belle vue. L´équipe aux petits soins pour nous assurer le meilleur séjour.
Les stores vénitiens pas assez efficaces dans une des chambres.

It’s one of the best apartments. The size is perfect. Everything was clean the kitchen is fully equipped. Even coffee and tea are included. Also the balcony is perfect. Awesome panorama view over the roofs of the city. If again Sevilla, I will stay again here.
The Wifi didn’t worked during our stay
Please find an alternate solution for the white wooden blinds in all the rooms. When one wakes up in the morning, the light pierces through these wooden things, blinding you.
Air conditioning was quite loud: after a few hours it rattled
I missed that there wasn’t an oven in the apartment and we had brought pizzas to bake, but we were able to grill them with the provided outdoor grill.

El apartamento estaba limpísimo y todo estaba al detalle. Estaba equipado con todo lo necesario para la estancia (toallas, sábanas, papel, jabón, jabón lavavajillas...). La decoración hecha con gusto y con muchos detalles. La ubicación perfecta, y con vistas preciosas.

Not enough shampoo and bath gels for family of 7. Pillows were flat and water kettle was broke.
La casa è veramente molto bella e panoramica, l´arredamento è curato e i letti sono molto comodi. E´ adatta al soggiorno di più persone anche per diversi giorni perchè lo spazio disponibile permette di distribuirsi comodamente nei vari ambienti nei momenti di relax. La terrazza poi è molto bella.
la camera matrimoniale non è adatta a due persone, avrei sostituito il letto alla francese con un vero due piazze anche se lo spazio della camera è al limite
Posizione super, appartamento iper accessoriato e pulitissimo. Due bagni molto utili se si viaggia in più persone.
La porta di un bagno è rumorosissima. Riscaldamento ad aria. La cucina è distante dalla zona giorno dove c´è il tavolo.
The office is 20 minutes from the apartment so if you arrive early you have to leave your luggage in one place and then move it to the apartment when it is ready. Basically 2 taxi trips. We had a few extra bags since we were traveling with kids.

Posizione splendida, in pieno centro e a 5 minuti dalla cattedrale. Anche se l´edificio è un pò datato viene ampiamente compensato dalla qualità generale dell´alloggio. L´host è stato gentilissimo e preciso, accoglienza perfetta. AAA+++

Lits confortables appartement cosy et vue magnifique de la terrasse cuisine petite et parking éloigné mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très bon sejour
Assolutamente tutto. È posizionata nel cuore di Siviglia e a pochi passi e possibile raggiungere tutte le mete principali della città. L´appartamento è grandissimo, bellissimo, accogliente e con un terrazzo spazioso con vista sulla cattedrale. È dotato di qualsiasi accessorio: climatizzatori, lavatrice, lavastoviglie e persino di una macchinetta a cialde per il caffè con una dotazione di cialde gentilmente offerte. Tra i tanti appartamenti sinora prenotati per me è in assoluto il migliore. Da sottolineare anche l´accoglienza, la disponibilità e cordialità della titolare che ci ha anche permesso il check in anticipato.....10 e lode sotto tutti gli aspetti. Se dovessi tornare a Siviglia vorrei soggiornare sicuramente in questo appartamento.
In desperation, we rebooked one of their more expensive units. Super location near sites and shopping, old town and cathedral. 3BR-2bath is on 6th floor so minimal street noise. Very quiet for sleeping. Nice beds, tons of windows and a glorious terrace. Wonky layout with tiny kitchen (1/2 fridge. 2 burners, no oven) at the far end between the bedrooms but (don’t fret) lots of restaurants nearby. Great WiFi, basic TV, lovely rooftop views. Effective service from Genteel-Homes although my previous experience with them was problematic.

Minor detail: the tap in the kitchen needs repairing.
The location is fabulous. Ignacio had assured me that it was 12 minutes walk to the cathedral. I doubted him but he was bang on. The neighbourhood is safe, clean, full of restaurants and shopping, within walking distance of everything you may want to see on visiting Seville, yet quiet. We were met by Marian, our contact person who got us settled and was always within reach during our stay. We were completely satisfied with our stay, would definitely rent again from Genteel-Home and would recommend them without reservation.
There was a small problem with the wifi and they solved it quickly. Thank you for everything, I will recommend it to our friends.
