It is a magnificent apartment located on Julio César street, one of the best and most sought-after in the city.
The building itself is very exclusive, even though it has been recently restored, it is a centennial building, with only one apartment on each floor, elevator and high quality finishes. In addition, the old City Wall of Seville (12th century) is an almost a part of the same building, this being one of the reasons why it is listed as a City Heritage.

The apartment is very well located. It is quite easy to reach any interesting places from it. It is a modern apartment with nice furniture and a very well-equipped kitchen. Wifi is with proper speed. The apartment is clean. I was in contact with a lady on WhatsApp before arrival, We shared the time of landing and when we landed we exchanged messages and she was right in time when we arrived at the apartment. She provided us with all the relevant information we needed for our stay together with advice on where to go, with good tips for restaurants. She was very nice.

The location was perfect, this apartment met all our needs, it was extremely comfortable, very clean and it included all the facilities you could ever require to complete a lovely stay. The host was very welcoming and extremely helpful, they even kept in contact to make sure our journey went smoothly. Even in extreme heat it was lovely to sit in beautiful surroundings and cool off. The apartment on the website looks beautiful, but I have to say that in person this apartment is stunning! We would definitely come and stay again as we have fallen in love with Seville!

The apartment was in a fantastic location in Seville within walking distance of everywhere. It was very clean and tidy. The man who helped us on arrival was very friendly and gave us all tips and a tour of the apartment. They would also have good contact and account with you before you arrive.
