The contact with the landlord was completely through WhatsApp, which was fine. We were already around 12 hours but were allowed to put our stuff in the apartment and already got the key with the maid. The location was really top and the apartment is wonderfully spacious and fully equipped. In a few minutes you will be standing in front of the cathedral or walking along the river. There are many nice restaurants nearby. From here you can explore Seville very well.
Because of the location of the apartment, on a street with quite a bit of traffic, terraces, a kind of night shop and literally behind the arena where bullfights are held, you have to take into account a lot of noise from outside. Especially at night. It´s not dramatic for us, but if you´re looking for peace, it´s not recommended. And if you want to shower warm, you have to be patient, it takes a while for the water to warm up. Also that is not a big drama (especially when it is so hot and you need extra cooling 😉).

It was very inconvenient for three adults staying at the apartment to have to share a single set of keys. Small things need attention like fixing a broken dining chair, the shower head and another bathroom fixture.

Localização, no geral o apartamento está bem, possui tudo o que uma familia de 4 pessoas necessita.
Na pesquisa booking escolhi alojamento com estacionamento. Quando cheguei não havia estacionamento, disseram que podia por num parque publico proximo. Não gostei nada. O ar condicionado do quarto já tem uns anos e faz imenso barulho, recomendo colocar um novo. Deviam ter mais um aquecedor a luz na casa de banho principal.

Loved the location and size of this apartment in the Arenal district. The apartment was very spacious allowing us to relax on our three days in Seville. It had everything we needed and loved that the even provided laundry tabs for us to use. The master bedroom was very spacious along with its ensuite. Air conditioning in the living and master bedroom. And a fan in the second room. Apartment was in east walking distance of all of the old city and the stunning attractions. And cafes, restaurants, bars and groceries all within a very short distance. Would highly recommend.
Not much you couldn’t like here except that the second room got a little warm. An air conditioner would be good in here too. Also the main bathroom got a little whiffy at times due to no external venting.

Das Service des Genteel Teams war einfach perfekt und hätte nicht besser sein können: man war immer für Fragen oder Anliegen erreichbar. Der Empfang im Apartment war toll. Zwei kleinere Reklamationen (eine kaputte Lampe und ein fehlender Badewannenstöpsel) wurden prompt erledigt. Mitte der Woche wurde das Apartment sogar gereinigt und die Handtücher getauscht! Weiteres großes Plus: es wird keine Kaution verlangt!
Das Apartment befindet sich in einem wunderschönen alten Haus, daher gibt es leider auch die damit verbundenen üblichen Probleme: - Fenster schützen nicht vor Straßenlärm und in den Wintermonaten wird es nachts ziemlich kalt- dagegen hat der Vermieter allerdings mit einem Heizstrahler und einer wärmenden Klimaanlage vorgesorgt! Somit kann man Genteel nur eine ausgezeichnete Bewertung geben!

Paola - our contact - was very nice and welcoming and made a lot of recommendations, also she responded very quicky to any questions we had throughout our stay. The apartment is fabulous, has all the required accesories one might need for cooking, bathing or getting comfortable in the bed, no matter the weather. It is situated in the center - old town, its extremity, right next to the Toros Place building, in a very clean and safe area. Extremely close to many bars and restaurants and also 7 min away (by foot) to the Alcazar Palace and Cathedral and also not more than 7 min away (by foot) in the other direction, up to the closest bus station for the airport. Tickets can be bought from the bus driver. The apartment has a very generous living room - a lunch/dinner table included, 2 amazing, spacious bedrooms and 2 large baths - bath tub in one and shower in another.

Location! Within walking distance of slmost everythin one will want to see in the old town. Good facilities for three or four people.
Photos did not reflect actual furnishing. No full length mirrors in hall or bedrooms. Few electric outlets in second bedroom. Noisy portable a/c in second bedroom where the installation also let the street noise in.

Reservamos 2 apartamentos: uno de 3 dormitorios en calle Antonia Diaz y otro de 2 dormitorios en Callejón Iris. Los dos apartamentos eran amplios, bien decorados y estaban perfectamente equipados. El de Antonia Díaz era más nuevo y con una decoración más bonita, pero el otro también estaba bien. Al lado de la Maestranza, en pleno centro. Bien insonorizados. Habitaciones amplias y camas cómodas. Tienen ascensor. Buena comunicación con los propietarios. Sin problema para coger las llaves. Repetiré sin duda.

No tenían servietas o papel el de cocina y tampoco trapos de cocina. Para hacerte el desayuno un poco justo

Appartement très spacieux et bien équipé. Position très centrale permettant pratiquement de tout faire à pied. Propreté impeccable.
Appartement très très bruyant.On a l´impression d´être dans la rue.Contrairement au commentaire que fera probablement le loueur cela n´est pas dû à la position centrale de l´édifice ( nous louons toujours dans les centre ville) mais à la qualité des portes fenêtres simple vitrage, de vraies passoires ! Impossible de dormir ! Cela est dommage car l´appartement est assez sympa et bien placé . La literie demande également à être revue.

Elegante, amplio, limpio y cómodo. Como en casa.
Cama de habitación principal podía ser algo más grande, se queda un poco justa para las que ahora se ofrecen en la mayoría de alojamientos.
Ajouter une climatisation ds la deuxième chambre.le bruit la nuit ds la rue.
Bien équipé, propre.
Pas de volets 2ème chambre, on est réveillé tot par le jour.

Well appointed apartment in a very central location close to everything on foot.
The noise, the noise, the noise!!! Did not sleep 2 nights out of three. Local residents do not have much respect for others.

El ruido, al estar en una zona muy transitada y turísitica, el paso de tráfico y/o de personas es constante. Se necesita un doble acristalamiento para garantizar el descanso de los huéspedes.

No había calefacción por aire en uno de los dormitorios. Solo una estufa eléctrica insuficiente para la época invernal que fuimos. El mobiliario no era acorde a lo esperado. Muy básico y de mal gusto

员工虽然热情,但是在办理入住前40分钟电话联系了,17:15分在门口见,但我们17:25分到,没见有人,马上打电话,说过一会就到,虽然我们迟了点,但是员工根本也没有按时到,害我以为找错地方。

Se llega a escuchar el ruido de los coches y la calle.
El ruido de la calle a veces era molesto. Yo recomendaría cambiar las ventanas por unas tipo climalit( las que hay son de madera sin doble cristal y algunas no cerraban bien). También pondría un estor en la ventana pequeña del dormitorio principal para que no moleste la Luz al amanecer.
The location was great. It’s on the 3rd floor but has a lift. Very clean and tidy. Good wifi speed. Nice beds and linen.
The car parking building was about 800m away so was a reasonably walk with bags. Not able to drop bags out the front. Master bed abit short
Uno de los baños olía mal, como a una mezcla de humedad y desagüe. Las ventanas que dan a la calle no están nada insonorizadas, con lo que cualquier ruido de coches, motos o conversaciones de la gente pasando por la calle se escuchan demasiado alto por la noche.
La insonorización, se oía mucho el ruido de la calle.

Del alojamiento nada mal; perfecto para lo que queríamos. Lo único, y no es culpa de ellos, que el taxista que cogimos desde Santa Justa nos timó con la excusa de las maletas
Manque double vitrage. Pas de climatisation dans la petite chambre.
La posizione è molto comoda per visitare il centro di Siviglia. L´appartamenti è molto spazioso e comodo, dotato di lavastoviglie e lavatrice.
Pur essendoci la lavatrice non c´è uno stendi biancheria, quindi non si può usare. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto aspettare ben 40 minuti sotto il portone che qualcuno ci portasse le chiavi, eppure erano le 16, quindi un orario del tutto normale.

We try to contact you before your arrival several times, but always without success. Therefore, when you called us that you were already at the door of the apartment, our colleague needed time to move to your apartment since she had to do other check ins to other clients who had informed her in advance of her arrival time. Estimado Juan Carlos, En primer lugar agradecerle su comentario y su elevada puntuación. El segundo dormitorio de Iris tiene Aire Acondicionado, concretamente una máquina Split (además es nueva), solo que en vez de split de techo, es Split de suelo. La máquina está guardada en uno de los armarios del dormitorio, quizás no lo haya visto, o quizás mis compañeros no se lo enseñaron. A parte, efectivamente, hay además un ventilador de techo, pues la mayoría de los clientes prefieren el ventilador de techo para dormir que el Aire Acondicionado. Gracias de nuevo y esperamos verle pronto en Sevilla.

The bathrooms were clean and functional. The washer worked well. The "dryer" is a drying rack.
Everything worked well. Expectations were met.
Location: On the third floor with elevator. Right next to Bullfighting stadium, but no issues with noise or crowds even on fight night. Great location, 5-10 minutes easy level walk from all major attractions. Bakery, restaurants, etc close by.
Minor issues: no safe, no full length mirror. Another small sofa would be great in living room.
No AC in the second bedroom, but living room AC was enough to cool both spaces.
Enjoyed our stay at Iris apartment and we would recommend it without hesitation.
