Galera III is a 3 bedrooms apartment with two of them on the main floor with double beds of 1.50 x 2.00 cm, where there is also the living room opened to a modern kitchen fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay, and a complete and independent bathroom. On the top floor we find the third bedroom, with a double bed of 1.50 x 1.90 cm, a full bathroom, and the exit to the wonderful furnished terrace.

In this apartment the following hospitality services are provided:
• Regular housekeeping and change of bed linen, towels, etc., once every 6 nights (only for stays longer than 6 nights). Included in the price.
* Possibility to add daily cleaning service for an additional price of 22€/h + VAT (min 2 hours)
• Luggage storage service upon request.
• Private transfer service (airport or bus / train station) upon request.
• Public parking reservation management (some of parkings in the area) upon request.
• Catering service: breakfast, lunch or dinner in the apartment upon request.

Estimado Alberto, gracias por su comentario. En las características de la propiedad se indica claramente que el acceso es mediante escaleras, y en ningún momento se menciona que exista un ascensor, ya que en el edificio efectivamente no hay. Respecto al fallo eléctrico, fue momentáneo y tal y como le informamos cuando nos llamó, se debió a una sobrecarga al encender todas las luces, todos los electrodomésticos y aparatos de aire acondicionado a la vez, por lo que por motivos de seguridad, saltan los plomos del cuadro eléctrico y como le explicamos, solo es necesario volver a subir los plomos para restablecer la corriente. Esperamos que a pesar de esto hayan disfrutado de su estancia en Sevilla. Saludos
Liked having a terrace though the wasps drove us in a few times! When we had to ring that electric was off someone came within 15 mins which was great. Very friendly hosts spoke excellent English too.
More cereal bowls only 4 for 6 people. More shelving in bedroom top one for storing things on.
Основные 2 проблемы. В ванной, расположенной на 1эт был неправильно установлен кран. Поэтому была или горячая, или только холодная вода. И дело не в том, что кран сломался, он изначально был так установлен. Вопрос:, как жили предыдущие гости (если они были) и как мыли и убирали апартаменты (по идее хозяева должны были знать об этой проблеме)? Нас было 5 взрослых людей. Для нас был принципиальный выбор апартаментов с 2-мя с/у. Соответственно, один из пунктов не был выполнен. Неработающий WIFI. Вернувший из отпуска, я перечитала еще раз отзывы более внимательно, отфильтровав их по дате, и обнаружила, что WIFI не работал еще с февраля. При этом нас уверяли, что это техническая проблема и вот-вот она решится. Получается, что нас обманули. Это очень неприятно и некрасиво. Наличие и хорошо работающий WIFI в гостинице или апартаментах – один из важных для меня пунктов, т.к. иногда мне приходится подключать свой ноут и работать. Хорошо, что у мы купили местную симку и могли переписываться с хозяевами по поводу наших проблем через WhatsApp. При этом они знали о проблеме с WIFI, но упорно нам писали через WA. Check out в апартаментах 11:00. Мы попросили продлить нам до 12, чтобы мы смогли нормально собраться при условии 1 работающего душа. Нам отказали в этой просьбе и вернули деньги за 1 ночь. Спасибо. Но комфортное проживание с нормальным душАМИ и WiFi – это одно, деньги – это другое! Кроме того: размер верхней спальни на 2,5х2,5. Т.е. в комнате есть только кровать, в маленькой нише шкафчик, вход в с/у и выход на террасу. Очень тесно, нет места разобрать и сложить чемодан. Из трех спален нормальный шкаф есть только в 1 спальне. При входе нет ничего, куда бы можно повесить верхнюю одежду. Если вы будете в Севилье поздней осенью или зимой, то одежду придётся бросать на кресла или диван. Нет нормального обеденного стола, только «журнальный столик». При этом нормальный стол находится на террасе. Странно.

First of all we want to apologize again for all the incoviniences you have suffered for your stay, we are deeply sorry. As you were able to see, our apartment is brand new, it was inaugurated in february 2.019. Since then, none of our guests has told us anything about the problem with the shower, or it would have been solved as soon as we have known. About the wifi, we told you it was solved because the problem you had was due to the company that provides us had cuts during one of the days of your stay, but the rests of them was working properly. About the late check out, please understand tha we had a new guests coming who expected to check in at 3 pm, so we need to clean up the apartment to have it ready on time. We tried to offer you the best of the service we were able, and we refunded you one night as we though the inconviniences of the wifi and the hot water, even though they were solve as quickly as we could, deserved to be compensated. Anyway, we hope you and your family enjoyed our wonderful city. Best regards.
