The living room has a sofa bed for two people, Smart TV, and a dining area. The apartment has a bathroom equipped with a shower and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bedroom, designed for your rest and comfort, has two single beds, a large built-in wardrobe, and Smart TV.

The operator of this accommodation is obligated to provide, alongside the accommodation service, the following services:
• Catering service whose menu can be consulted here
• This establishment offers its own luggage storage and custody service from Monday to Friday (except holidays) for premium customers, with collection by our staff at the apartment. The rates are 5€ per item. On Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, you can use the service of other companies at designated locations, at approximately 5€ per suitcase.
• Weekly periodic cleaning and change of bed and bath linens, mandatory for stays longer than 6 nights. Included in the price.

Very good location. In spite of being on the ground floor and on a busy street no disturbance from outside.
The kitchen area is very small and poorly equipped for anyone hoping to do any more than breakfast.

Since we stayed at the apartment in early February, it was very cold inside. There are air conditioning units, but it’s not comfortable to have them blowing constantly. It took two days for the apartment to warm up. The biggest issue is that the apartment is on the ground floor, and the tiled floors are freezing—so much so that it’s uncomfortable to walk on them. When we contacted the agency, they told us that in Spain, most people wear shoes inside. We don’t find that hygienic, especially since we were there with a crawling baby, so that wasn’t a solution for us. We asked for indoor slippers, but they didn’t have any. It’s also quite noisy due to its ground-floor location. If you’re visiting in spring, summer, or fall, this apartment is great and highly recommended. However, I wouldn’t recommend it in winter.

Es un piso que es un bajo y, al estar ubicado en el centro de la ciudad se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle (las ventanas no tienen muy buena insonorización ya que son de madera) y esto es molesto sobre todo por las noches ya que se escucha a las personas pasar por la calle, máquinas de limpieza de la calle y motos que aparcan en la misma puerta.

Everything was perfect: The apartment is equipped with every amenity (well-functioning air conditioning, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher and high chair for the child), the staff present and cooperative, the house very clean, the location was the best we could have (convenient to get everywhere and with restaurants and supermarket very close by).
With a small child in the evening we returned very early and the road was fairly busy so until late into the evening we could hear some noise. However, I think that if you are in the city center, some noise is inevitable. The parking lots nearby are very expensive

Mostly everything has been recently refurbished in the apartment. Is comfortable and easy reachable from almost anywhere in the city centre.
The windows facing Calle Baños are made from wood and there is noise coming even during the night time. Apart from that, the neighbourhood is mostly quiet.
