This wonderful apartment of 80 square meters is located in an exclusive area of central Seville. The living room is bright and airy thanks to the large windows that offers spectacular views of the ’Archivo de Indias’. There is also a dining area and two comfortable sofas, one convertible sofa bed. The bedrooms have two single beds ,convertible to a double bed on request, and two bathrooms en suite, both complete. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all the amenities you may need during your stay in Seville.

And yet it was spacious and quiet. Overlooking a small cafe, there was not much noise or smoke - something I worried about at the beginning. Beds were comfortable. The only thing that kept the apartment from being perfect were the poorly designed bathrooms with awkwardly positioned toilets. Try sitting on one of those commodes if you´re tall
We´d definitely stay here again.

You can listen to the clip clop of the horses hooves on the many carriages as they pass under your windows.
Alfonso was a great host. He arranged a large taxi to pick up the four of us and our bags, when we checked out.
Alfonso nous a accueilli très gentiment et nous a donné des conseils très précieux.
Tout était parfait!

The location was fantastic as it was a short 2 minute stroll to the Giralda and the Alcazar.
Our hosts made us feel very welcome on our arrival and we would certainly recommend it to friends and family.
