Location is great. Inside arrangement, design and choice of items are very clever. The bed is comfortable, the high ceiling guarantees a lot of air freshness - even without using the air-condition. The place is surprisingly quiet for the place so close to the main streets.
There could be installed kind of decorative board behind the glass table, to protect the wall from damages from a bit heavier chairs and table frame.

la ubicación, el diseño de las instalaciones
me hubiese gustado que hubiese habido información de la ciudad, cultural, turística y sobre todo del uso de los parkings y condiciones, no está suficientemente claro, acabé pagando 100,50€ por menos de tres días completos cuando debería haber sido 48€ según los acuerdos que mantienen, avisamos que viajamos en coche y necesitábamos una plaza.
La ubicación muy bien y la habitación tbien. Lo único que heche de menos fue una terraza o balcón para poder salir un poco por la mañana o noche.

El personal que nos recibió fue super amable, recomendandonos tanto lugares para comer como los principales atractivos de la Semana Santa. Es cierto que, sin estar lejos del centro, sí hay que echarle unos 15/20 minutos andando, pero a cambio se evita el ruido propio de las zonas céntricas de la ciudad, siendo la calle especialmente silenciosa y tranquila. Además, hay comercio cercano para comprar (un centro comercial y un Mercadona al lado), lo cual también es ideal.

Tiene un pequeño vestidor con baldas y también para colgar la ropa, secador, plancha, lavadora. A pesar de lo alto de los techos la calefacción funciona genial y incluso pasamos calor.
Agradecer el trato de Genteel-home la persona que nos recibió encantadora, y sobre todo el detalle de bienvenida Bombones, y un sobre de Jamón ibérico, así como una pequeña bandeja con capsulas de aceite, sal, azúcar, café ... y todo lo necesario de limpieza para la cocina y en el baño detalle de gel y jabón.
La ubicación es estupenda, enfrente tiene la entrada al aparcamiento de Saba Estación de Armas, y un Mercadona, muy cerca el de Arjona, detrás una estación de Repsol.
Al centro Catedral, Alcázar no se tarda andando más de 5 a 6 minutos, y la zona tiene restaurantes y hasta un cine.
Si vuelvo a Sevilla volveré al mismo apartamento, y si visito otra ciudad donde Genteel-home tenga apartamentos, no dudaré en reservar otra vez con ustedes.
