It really is a large suite with two different áreas, one of them with the bedroom which has two single beds (0,90 x 2,00m each) and the other área with the living room and the kitchen. Everything is decorated with high quality furniture, and tastefully, perfect for a comfortable and peaceful stay in the city.

The apartment is located in a privileged area to visit Seville. On the one hand, crossing the Recaredo Avenue itself, we are in the most historic and oldest area of the center of Seville, but on the other hand, the back area is a good residential area for local people, where you can find many bars and typical restaurants of Seville, stores, food markets and typical products, and of course supermarkets.

Precio acorde con la estancia y el lugar
La habitación estaba preparada para 3 personas y sabían que llegaba con un niño de 13 años, pero solo pusieron champú y toallas para 2 personas. Además tuve que montar yo misma el sofá para hacerlo cama y menos mal que las sabanas estaban en el armario. Pero no fue un problema. Eso si, en los 4 días no hacen limpieza como en los apartamentos de mi localidad, solo a tu llegada y a tu salida. No sé si es lo normal. Yo usé el apto. Solo para dormir, lo cual no tuvimos ningún problema con la limpieza. Aún así lo recomiendo.

En cuanto al sofá cama, cuando sabemos que una tercera persona se alojará, siempre dejamos sábanas y toallas adicionales disponibles en el armario para su uso. No lo preparamos como cama de forma predeterminada, ya que no podemos anticipar si el huésped preferirá utilizar el sofá como tal o convertirlo en cama a su llegada. Este procedimiento nos permite ofrecer mayor flexibilidad según las preferencias de cada cliente. No obstante, si prefiere que se deje preparado de antemano, basta con solicitarlo y lo haremos encantados.

En lo que respecta al servicio de limpieza, es importante señalar que, en los alojamientos turísticos, no existe la obligación de realizar limpiezas diarias o intermedias como en los hoteles. Sin embargo, para garantizar la comodidad de nuestros huéspedes, ofrecemos una limpieza gratuita para estancias superiores a 6 noches, como parte de nuestro compromiso con el confort. Para estancias más cortas, el apartamento se entrega perfectamente limpio a su llegada, con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia agradable, y siempre existe la posibilidad de contratar un servicio de limpieza adicional si así lo desea el huésped.

Ērta komunikācija ar saimnieku. Tīras telpas, liela izmēra, mīksti dvieļi, gultas ērtas - labs matracis un spilvens, siltas segas. Ir kluss, ielas trokšņi nav dzirdami, jo dzīvoklis atrodas nelielā iekšpagalmiņā. Ērta nokļūšana līdz vecpilsetai - ar kājām 10 - 15min.

a nice quiet stay central to Seville
The location was great for walking into the centre of Seville and accessing all the places of interest. It was nice and quiet as we were at the back of the building. It was clean and tidy, easy to access with the code.
It would have been nice to have a shelf in the bathroom to put toiletries on. There was only one wine glass so a few more would have been nice.

Kontakt z personelem.Przy rezerwacji jest informacja o przekazaniu kluczy przez obsługę na miejscu.Po 4 godz locie prosiłam o możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania,nikt mi nie odpowiedział.Czekałam 2 godz w restauracji.O godz.15 w apartamencie nikt na mnie nie czekał.Dopiero po interwencji Pani sprzątającej otrzymałam instrukcje z kodem do wejścia.Uważam to za lekceważenie gości,ponieważ wcześniej opłaciłam apartament i powinnam dostać kod do wejścia.

La propiedad estaba muy bien decorada, limpia y tenía de todo. á de algunos detalles es recomendable.
Los departamentos para cuatro personas son cómodos para dos pero no para cuatro. El sofá cama es endeble. La atención es buena pero muy despersonalizada, todo por WhatsApp. Me llamó una persona para ofrecerme sugerencias turísticas y de restaurantes pero cuando le pregunté nunca me contestó. Igual es recomendable.

The room was nice and modern.
The heater didn’t work for both of the nights. I was informed that they would send a technician to solve the issue but when we arrived home on the second night it was still cold. So we had to use jackets inside to bear the cold.

It´s ok for 2 persons maximum but NOT for more than 2 persons. There are only 2 chairs, the sofa bed is not comfortable and it was not ready (we had to prepare it!). There were only 3 pillows and we booked for 4.

Appartement propre et en bon état. Un des deux lits était de bonne qualité. Plutôt bien placé, même si un peu excentré. Bien équipé.
La récupération des clés après minuit à cause d´un retard d´avion facturée 50€. Notre contact très peu arrangeant alors que nous avions deux enfants en bas âge. Des vibrations fortes toutes les dix minutes dans le mur de la chambre qui empêchent de dormir. Un studio dans une cour sombre qui ne correspond pas aux photos de l´annonce. Le canapé lit très peu confortable. La climatisation difficile à régler, une HS.

Good location within walking distance to the main attractions of Seville. Beautifully decorated studio, good size, spotless clean, confy beds. The kitchen is pretty well equipped for a small size studio. There are some basic things to get you started(salt, olive oil, coffee, eyc). There is a parking place within 5 min walk. Easy check in/check out
We didn´t know that the appartment without terrace has the windows to a narrow internal courtyard and not facing the outside of the building, we just expected it has no balcony. As the appartment was on the ground floor, there was not enough natural light.

Communication with Esther was super great, she´s such an amazing host! The appartment is just amazing, with everything needed to have a perfect stay. Very quiet but also central, I couldn´t recommend more this place. Beds are very comfortable, the AC works perfectly and the living room is so confy.

O apartamento da Esther é bastante central, visitámos as principais atrações de Sevilha sempre a pé. O apartamento está muito bem equipado é bastante confortável e limpo. Apesar de nesta zona o estacionamento ser difícil, a Esther fez o favor de reservar um parque para nós por 16€/dia a 500m do apartamento.A Calle Recaredo é uma rua muito central, perto de supermercados, cafés e restaurantes! A Esther é uma anfitriã muito simpática, sempre disponível e muito eficiente na comunicação connosco!Gostámos muito da nossa estadia! Obrigada Esther!
