В доме есть проблемы с канализацией. Утром на первом этаже всегда плохо пахло. Не берите номер с терраской. По факту это не часть апартаментов, а отдельный ключ, который позволяет выйти на крышу. Причем смотреть там нечего - вида на город нет, места мало и в принципе находится там вечером не комфортно из-за жары.

Aceptan perros y todo estaba muy limpio.
Cogimos el apartamento con terraza - acceso externo y será que no lo entendimos bien al hacer la reserva, pero nos llevamos una decepción cuando vimos que para acceder a la terraza hay que salir al rellano y subir un piso. Pensábamos que estaba en el mismo apartamento. No merece la pena coger esa terraza, es pequeña, de pésimo acceso y solo tiene vistas a paredes. La ubicación está regular, cerca de las setas pero lejos del resto de puntos turísticos (unos 20 minutos andando). El parking en la zona complicado, cogimos un bono en el parking de Escuelas Pías.

Como su nombre indica, el «Apartamento con terraza - acceso externo» tiene acceso a su terraza de uso privativo por una escalera que se encuentra dentro del bloque, pero fuera del alojamiento; lamentamos si ha habido alguna confusión al respecto y le agradecemos la aclaración. Como indica, el apartamento se encuentra cerca del Mercado de la Encarnación, en plena calle Feria, cerca de la zona monumental de la ciudad.
También agradecerle sus amables palabras sobre nuestra política flexible para admitir mascotas sin coste adicional y por la recomendación sobre el aparcamiento.

La ubicación es sin duda lo mejor del apartamento. Esta muy bien reformado y decorado. La chica que nos hizo el chek in era encantadora y nos explico todo genial!

La falta de limpieza en general. Malos olores dentro y en el rellano del edificio. Ruido externo. Mal olor de almohadas, salpullido en el cuello de un niño debido a la falta de higiene. El dormitorio ñoño y sin muebles para nada. Un querér y no poder.....

El departamento tenía una distribución muy cómoda, con todas las facilidades, súper limpio y moderno. Cocina y baño equipados . La ubicación fue excepcional para visitar ambos extremos de la ciudad. Appartement bien situé : à 5mn de la Setas et 10mn de la cathédrale. Logement très confortable, bien équipé et très bien isolé des appartements voisins (on entend rien). Décoration très moderne et terrasse privative accessible au 3eme étage. Tarifs négociés au niveau du parking Concordia (le plus proche).
Les chaises sont trop hautes pour manger sur l´ilot central. On se "casse le dos". Manque de ponctualité lors de la remise des clés.
