About accommodation

Pretty one-bedroom apartment located in one of the most historical and known streets of the center of Seville, Feria street. The apartment it’s on the first floor of a beautiful building, and it has an elevator and two houses per floor.

The apartment has a bright living room with a sofa-bed, armchairs, Smart TV and a desk. Connected with the living room there is the kitchen, which is equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen it’s connected with the living room thanks to a counter which has stools to use it like a dining table for four people.

Next there is a hallway to the bedroom, which has a double bed and a built-in closet. Finally, following the hallway, there is a bathroom with a shower.

The apartment has a beautiful private terrace located on the third floor of the building whose access is outside of the apartment. The terrace has sofas, armchairs and a dining table for four people.

Calle Feria is one of the most historic and well-known in the center of Seville. It is a very picturesque area of ​​the center, very traditional although inhabited by many visitors as well. In recent years it has also had an important boom, which has made it one of the most exclusive and expensive areas of the city.

In the surroundings many traditional Sevillian shops, local food shops, small bars and high-class restaurants can be found. It is a perfect place to taste Andalusian cuisine in any corner.

It is also very close by walking to all the tourist attractions such as the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Alcázar, the Metropol Parasol, the Alameda, etc.

La ubicación, el confort.
Hubo algunos inconvenientes un par de días (derrame de agua del techo del baño y de la cocina) y la falla de un aire acondicionado. Pero debo decir que el anfitrión se encargó de solucionar rápidamente el incidente enviando a personas para su mantenimiento.

The location was great. There are a lot of good tapas places around the apartment and the streets are beautiful.
There is no parking around the apartment and there is a 20 min walk from a public parking garage.

Acho péssimo levar 50€ pela chave quando há cofres na rua ouvem-se muito barulho do andar de cima e ainda no quarto ouvem-se a água a correr.

Séjour inoubliable à Séville
Le bon emplacement, quartier très animé. L´emplacement est proche des grands monuments et pour faire du shopping.
Le problème du parking est sérieusement posé. Le parking payant reste très cher. Trouver un parking non payant c´est du calvaire.

clean and comfortable but there are better value for money options more centrally located.
It was clean and modern
a few things 1. not in the best location 2. no outward facing windows - like living in a small cave 3. kitchen equipment a little dated - coffee machine didn’t work properly, oven is not a convection oven and only a microwave 4. no ability to leave luggage for early check-in or late check-out 5. created the impression that it had a terrace when it’s on the 3rd floor and apartment was on the 1st floor

We also would like to take this oportunity to highlight two aspects: firstly, on our advertisement it is stated that the terrace has an "external access"; we apologize if this has given the wrong impression that it can be accessed from inside of the apartment. Secondly, we are impressed by the remark of lack of flexibility for an early check-in, as eventhough our check-in time is at 15h, we received you at 12:30 as a courtesy for you to leave the luggage in the apartment.
Nevertheless, we will study this case in depth to discover in which aspects we might have failed.

Once more please accept our apologies for failing at offering you the best of the stays. We hope to recover your trust in us in a future stay, making sure we show you the true level of our hospitality.

Todo, no tenía casi entrada de aire ninguna, solo a patios interiores, siempre había malos olores y encima, no fue nada igual que la conversación que tuvimos por msj, me mintieron con q tenia balcón y terraza, balcón no había, y terraza en la 3 planta compartida

No dejaron sábanas para el sofá cama. Muy pesados preguntando a qué hora íbamos a llegar y haciendo preguntas indiscreta

Muy caro para lo que ofrece. Muy oscuro, todas las ventanas dan a un patio de luces. Me resultó agobiante. El trato de la persona que nos recibió fue poco amable.

Mini break in Sevilla
Location was good. Apartment was comfortable .
The noise from other apartments, not having respect for other people....noise coming and going People above had a child that ran about very early, moving furniture, as its an old building with wooden ceiling the noise was very loud. No brush, dustpan, mop or bucket for cleaning..if you dropped anything on floor nothing to clean it up with.

Sauber + modern, aber einige Nachteile!
Saubere, moderne Wohnung, gut gelegen. Mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine.ausgestattet.
Man erkennt an den Fotos in der Anzeige nicht, wie die jeweilige Wohnung tatsächlich aussieht. Tageslicht bezog unsere Wohnung im 1. Obergeschoss über zwei ca. 3x3 m große Lichtschächte. Man sah also nicht nach draußen ins Freie und konnte die Wetterlage nur erahnen. Terrasse ist klein ohne jegliche Aussicht auf die Stadt. Man erreicht sie außerhalb der Wohnung über einen Fahrstuhl oder Treppenstufen, zwei Stockwerke höher. Das war auch nicht unbedingt vorher zu erkennen. Ein klarer Nachteil. Das Bad ist nicht einzeln beheizbar, somit muss man die Tür aufstellen, um Wärme aus den Nachbarzimmern zu beziehen. Wir waren Anfang März da. Da ist es nachts noch recht kühl. Großer negativer Punkt: die Wohnung, zumindest die im 1. OG, ist unglaublich hellhörig. Von oben sind die Bewohner gut zu hören. Schritte poltern wegen mangelndem Schallschutz sehr laut. Stimmen und Rückgeräusche sind ständig zu hören. Besonders nachts ist das unerträglich. Auch Geräusche aus dem Treppenhaus sind überdeutlich hörbar.

Diseño, distribución y comodidad
En la descripción del apartamento, se insiste en que se trata de un lugar tranquilo, en el que no se pueden organizar fiestas ni hacer ruidos. La primera noche había un perro ladrando en el piso de arriba (se permiten mascotas) lo cual es realmente molesto y la segunda noche había una fiesta con muchas personas, gritos y mucho ruido. El apartamento es precioso pero no está nada aislado y en esas circunstancias, la experiencia no acabó siendo como habíamos imaginado.
