The kitchen it’s connected with the living room thanks to a counter which has stools to use it like a dining table for four people.

Para aparcar el coche no es un sitio adecuado, hay que dejarlo en un parking cercano o sino a las afueras del centro. Por otro lado, en la foto del apartamento aparecia que tenia balcon o terraza, pero en la que estuvimos estaba en el tercer piso que apenas la utilizamos, ya que teniamos que subir desde el primer piso. La luz que entraba desde el portal molestaba un poco a la hora de dormir por la noche, teniamos que cerrar muy bien las cortinas para dormir.

The terrace is not attached to the apartment which was quite disappointing. This should be clearly stated in the description. The door is not very sound proof which is an issue when you have hen night partying neighbours. A minor issue: a good bye message would have been nice.

die Wohnung ist um einen dunklen Lichtschacht gebaut. Man sieht also nur in die eigenen Räume gegenüber. Präsentation der Wohnungen ist eine Farce. Wir haben uns von den ersten Bildern blenden lassen, bekommen haben wir eine dunkle Wohnung. Im Treppenhaus ist ein permaneneter unangenehmer Geruch. Das WLAN ging nach dem ersten Tag nicht mehr Keine Anfahrtsmöglichkeit, also parken im Parkhaus und ca. 8 Min. hinlaufen.

I like the self-check in; makes for an easy arrival. The host (reception company) was easy to reach and communicated well. The apartment instructions were clearly written. The kitchen was fully equipped making eating at home so easy. There is a grocery store right outside the apartment. The location of the apartment was super! It was near absolutely everything. Great dining in the area! The apartment was a large one bedroom. The apartment was clean.
The apartment door wasn´t obviously located; easy to miss if not given a picture of it´s exact location. I was able to reach the host very easily for assistance. I wish the little walkway was illuminated with a bright light. Dark for someone coming home alone late at night. Although the apartment was well cleaned it does have ceiling to floor curtains and for those with sensitive dust allergies it is just something to note as it bothered my husband´s allergies.

It was clean and modern

We also would like to take this oportunity to highlight two aspects: firstly, on our advertisement it is stated that the terrace has an "external access"; we apologize if this has given the wrong impression that it can be accessed from inside of the apartment. Secondly, we are impressed by the remark of lack of flexibility for an early check-in, as eventhough our check-in time is at 15h, we received you at 12:30 as a courtesy for you to leave the luggage in the apartment.
Nevertheless, we will study this case in depth to discover in which aspects we might have failed.

Poco, porque las fotos que mostraba la habitación, fue la que yo alquile
Todo, no tenía casi entrada de aire ninguna, solo a patios interiores, siempre había malos olores y encima, no fue nada igual que la conversación que tuvimos por msj, me mintieron con q tenia balcón y terraza, balcón no había, y terraza en la 3 planta compartida

Aunque estamos muy sorprendidos y consternados por el contenido de su opinión respecto a sus vacaciones en nuestro apartamento, puede estar segura de que sus comentarios han sido abordados y revisados por todo nuestro equipo. Sin embargo, nos gustaría aprovechar esta oportunidad para aclarar determinados aspectos sobre su opinión para comunicarlos de manera apropiada.
Leemos con preocupación su acusación. Nos gustaría recalcar que la honestidad se encuentra entre nuestros valores empresariales. Hemos revisado la conversación mantenida previa a su llegada y, si bien no hubo referencia alguna sobre ningún balcón, se especificó por nuestra parte que el apartamento cuenta con una terraza en la tercera planta y que esta es de uso exclusivo suyo. Rogamos nos disculpe si en algún momento hubo algún malentendido durante la comunicación.
Sinceramente lamentamos leer acerca de que su estancia no fuera tan agradable como debería haber sido. Hubiéramos estado encantados de ser conocedores de su descontento durante su estancia para poder ayudarles. Muy caro para lo que ofrece. Muy oscuro, todas las ventanas dan a un patio de luces. Me resultó agobiante. El trato de la persona que nos recibió fue poco amable.

El servicio y la amabilidad de nuestro personal es una de nuestras principales fortalezas y estamos bastante decepcionados al saber que sintió que actuamos por debajo de nuestras posibilidades en nuestro departamento de recepción. Sin embargo, compartiremos sus comentarios con nuestro jefe de departamento para requerirles información.
No sabemos por qué razón su apartamento no contaba con sábanas suficientes, pero me alegra saber que tras su petición, nuestro equipo estuvo encantado de suministrárselas junto a otros elementos que usted nos solicitó.

Location was good. Apartment was comfortable .
The noise from other apartments, not having respect for other people....noise coming and going People above had a child that ran about very early, moving furniture, as its an old building with wooden ceiling the noise was very loud. No brush, dustpan, mop or bucket for cleaning..if you dropped anything on floor nothing to clean it up with.

Saubere, moderne Wohnung, gut gelegen. Mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine.ausgestattet.
Man erkennt an den Fotos in der Anzeige nicht, wie die jeweilige Wohnung tatsächlich aussieht. Tageslicht bezog unsere Wohnung im 1. Obergeschoss über zwei ca. 3x3 m große Lichtschächte. Man sah also nicht nach draußen ins Freie und konnte die Wetterlage nur erahnen. Terrasse ist klein ohne jegliche Aussicht auf die Stadt. Man erreicht sie außerhalb der Wohnung über einen Fahrstuhl oder Treppenstufen, zwei Stockwerke höher. Das war auch nicht unbedingt vorher zu erkennen. Ein klarer Nachteil. Das Bad ist nicht einzeln beheizbar, somit muss man die Tür aufstellen, um Wärme aus den Nachbarzimmern zu beziehen. Wir waren Anfang März da. Da ist es nachts noch recht kühl. Großer negativer Punkt: die Wohnung, zumindest die im 1. OG, ist unglaublich hellhörig. Von oben sind die Bewohner gut zu hören. Schritte poltern wegen mangelndem Schallschutz sehr laut. Stimmen und Rückgeräusche sind ständig zu hören. Besonders nachts ist das unerträglich. Auch Geräusche aus dem Treppenhaus sind überdeutlich hörbar.
Lovely apartment in a beautiful city. Would stay again. Excellent location. Close to bars and restaurants and close enough to walk everywhere round the city.
En la descripción del apartamento, se insiste en que se trata de un lugar tranquilo, en el que no se pueden organizar fiestas ni hacer ruidos. La primera noche había un perro ladrando en el piso de arriba (se permiten mascotas) lo cual es realmente molesto y la segunda noche había una fiesta con muchas personas, gritos y mucho ruido. El apartamento es precioso pero no está nada aislado y en esas circunstancias, la experiencia no acabó siendo como habíamos imaginado.
