Coming to the apartment there is the kitchen and the living room, both very luminous. The kitchen has everything for a comfortable stay. Connected with the kitchen there is the living room with a sofa, a TV and a dining table for four people. On this floor we can find the first bathroom, with a shower.

Communication was top class from the point of booking and throughout our stay.
Although we were unable to get an early check in, we were allowed to drop our luggage off at the apartment, which is a real bonus.
When we checked in at the agreed time, the apartment was in pristine condition.
Very comfortable bed, plenty of good quality towels. We were offered a mid-week refresh of the bed linen and towels, which we actually declined as we were in Cordoba for a night but a nice offer which not premises offer.
Whilst the apartment was ideal for us as a couple, I feel it is only suitable for a family or one couple given that the master bedroom is accessed through the lower bedroom.
I would recommend that you replace the glass coffee table with a wooden one. Glass tables are a heath and safety issue, which I have had a previous negative experience off.
I will definitely recommend booking through Genteel-Home to family and friends.

Unfortunately the hot tub was pretty disgusting, the water was really dirty and murky, and there was a dirty line all around the edge which wasn´t very inviting, and therefore, we didn´t use it. Despite paying extra for a nice apartment with this extra, so we were quite disappointed. As we were there for 4 days we could have done with some more clean towels, there was only 1 towel each provided, and we were told if we wanted more we had to go and collect them from the office which wasn´t close by.

The decor was lovely. All of the kitchen equipment seemed brand new. The upstairs bedroom facilities were beautiful.
We needed more detailed instructions in terms of operating the hot tub, hob etc. I would recommend that the online doc be more detailed, & a printed copy be left in the apartment. The layout was not ideal. In order to access the upstairs bedroom, terrace etc, you had to walk through the downstairs bedroom (the same thing coming down again) Better to have had separate access to the top floor (e.g. a staircase from the downstairs lounge or on the outside of the building, like others nearby had). The photos online were also confusing, showing the outdoors overlooking the river, whereas, our two bedroom apartment was actually on the other side of the road with no view of the river.

The apartment is brand-new and luxurious. Fully equipped kitchen, roof terrace with jacuzzi (that is not available all year round unfortunately), 3 big tvs, comfy beds (although a bit short for people longer than 1.85m), 2 bathrooms with rainshower, washingmachine and dryer. Situated in a nice neighbourhood, close to bars, restaurants and market.
The pictures on Booking are a bit confusing. Apparently there are 2 apartments in different buildings. The one bedroom apartment is on the river side (number 40), with a riverview terrace. The two bedroom apartment is on the other side of the street (number 55). The terrace is lovely but has no view. Also there is no door between the bedrooms so there is no privacy. Too bad the jacuzzi wasn’t available in january. Would have happily paid an additional fee.

- Emplacement dans le quartier proche de tout et en même temps au calme - Tres bel appartement, bien équipé. Deuxième salle de bain un peu petite mais pratique avec wc
- Bizarrement alors que le standing de l’appartement est très bon, aucun livret d’accueil ( informations, plan, bonnes adresses… ) ni attention particulière - Pas de wifi pendant le séjour, très gênant malgré les bonnes intentions de Aija qui nous avait accueilli.
