We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean and well equiped. Also the roofterrace was perfect to relax after spending some time in the city. The location is very central in a nice neighbourhood with a lot of restaurants. The city centre is also nearby. Would recommend this for a stay in Sevilla!

The apartment was very well appointed with lots of comfortable seating, a round dinner table, full sized fridge with small freezer box, a conduction hob with two rings, a kettle, Nespresso type coffee maker, sink, drying cloths and washing up kit. lots of cutlery and pots, with small blender and cooking utensils and a microwave too. The beds were very comfortable (my wife suffers from a poor back and she commented how comfortable the bed were...big tick there. lots of storage space for clothes and empty luggage bags. A dishwasher and washing machine - we used the washing machine (worked well) and drying rack (set up in the small inside/outside space). very quiet and peaceful inside the apartment Right on the banks of the Rio Guadalquivir in the area called Trianna - the old artisanal area for the famous Seville tile works. Full of life and authentic Spanish culture with several bars offering Flamenco displays and good restaurants too.
My comments are stated in a positive light so that you are aware and the management team can make updates if they wish, but these are NOT major concerns. 1. need some form of lighting over the cooking area - its a bit dark to cook by 2. a note to let visitors know about the scalding hot water - be careful when using the shower - its a bit fiddly to set up first time round and I did slightly burn my shoulder. 3. the plug sockets seem to ´eject´ the UK plug adaptors so that they lose contact with the internal sockets and don´t power up your phones unless held in place. the bedroom sockets were the worst. we tried three different types of UK/Euro adaptors - one set worked when very carefully pushed in to place. All the European plugs worked well, it is just using them with the adaptors that was the problem. 4. make sure you know your Netflix user codes or take them with you to use the TV for films etc 5.Apartment no.5 is on the ground floor which was very convenient - but be aware, only three apartments in the whole building have any external facing windows or doors and ours didn´t (we did have natural light in to the apartment from 2 well designed atriums (one with a water feature - which are based upon the Arabic style houses with internal courtyards)- to be frank, this doesn´t matter really, if you intend spending your daylight hours enjoying the cultural activities and visiting the incredible historic sites before a peaceful nights sleep. there is however, a roof level with a swimming pool and lots of chairs and tables and even a small bar/cafe for snacks and refreshments - so the sunsets and sunrises are wonderful.

Tout était parfait !! l’emplacement, la qualité du logement étaient formidables. Le cœur de la ville est accessible à pied très rapidement et très facilement, nous recommandons fortement cet endroit. Si nous revenons à Séville nous reviendrons dans cet endroit sans hésiter ! Merci

Amazing location, good quality and size rooms, perfect for a long or short stay. Nice pool at the rooftop and very easy to get around Sevilha. Definitely recommend it.
The room was on the ground floor so the windows connected to the common areas. Next time I would try to stay at a floor up.

Everything about this stay worked for us. It’s right on the Guayaquival River bridge that sets you up for all the sites in the center of the city. The apartment is brand new, very clean, fully outfitted, and perhaps if you have to find a fault it’s only that it doesn’t have windows facing the street (it does face inside courtyard. But this is more than up for by the balcony where you have a great view and table that you can picnic at. Staff was really helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

La verdad, todo ha sido perfecto. Realmente, no puedo poner absolutamente ninguna pega. Limpieza, ubicación, todo nuevo, precio, amplitud, comodidad, es probablemente de los mejores apartamentos en los que nos hemos alojado, sin ninguna duda.

El alojamiento ha cumplido todas nuestras expectativas, práctico, muy bien decorado, cómodo, con todos los servicios y en muy buena zona. Tiene parkings próximos y la terraza con piscina es una maravilla. Recomendable 100%

Fantastic location with loads on the doorstep. Perfect accommodation, incredible roof terrace where we ate most meals and took full advantage of the pool (much needed in 38 degree heat!!), spotless apartment and a midweek linen change, friendly staff. 10/10.

Happy with our stay. We got everything we asked for. It’s a hotel kinda setup with all the perks of an apartment. Therefore you get the best of both worlds. Super helpful hosts..the rooms are pretty modern and modular. Beautiful utilization of space so a small cozy 1 bedroom apartment has a lot of space for you to relax..would highly recommend if you are visiting Seville for a couple of days..

The accommodation was outstanding - newly completed with very fine quality fixtures and fittings, beautiful fabrics and great design. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable and the highlight was the rooftop terrace which was a wonderful place to sit and watch this beautiful city. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back.

Great stay

Wow what can we say, beautiful and tranquil surroundings, once the door closes into reception you’re a million miles from the hustle and excitement of the street, best of both worlds. The apartment had everything we needed, and the staff were always on hand to offer help and support. The pool and roof patio offered a space to relax and soak up the sun before heading out for tapas. Couldn’t recommend the accommodation, location and staff enough.

Un bel établissement très bien situé. les appartements sont beaux, propres et très bien équipés. Le roof top est sympathique avec sa petite piscine où il est agréable de se rafraîchir après une journée de balade. l’accueil est à l’image de l’hôtel, très bien.

Great location-walkable to everything you need for a city break. The complex has done a great job of trying to get natural light into every apartment and it was blissfully quiet at night. Close to great bars and restaurants sad well as a well stocked supermarket. Lovely roof terrace with cafe and pool.

I visited on my honeymoon and the location was really great!😊😊 It was quiet! The staff are also friendly! However, I stayed on the first floor, and the windows in the master bedroom were blocked from the outside with black panels to prevent sunlight from coming in. I thought it was a bit strange, but that´s what I did. But sure enough, my dream was strange during my nap, and my husband used the scissors in his room while he was sleeping at night. 😅😅 I missed one of the two nights because I missed my flight, but I think it was a good thing I didn´t miss the flight. The other rooms might be okay! But the room I stayed in was like that... I share it with Korean tourists!

Excellent property in an idea location to visit and explore this wonderful city. The hosts were very helpful, not least when I lost my wallet and started going through the process of what to do next. Recommendations of where to eat and how to get there were spot on and just what we needed. The property only opened a year or so ago and it´s clear that lots of thought went into the make up of the rooms. I´m not sure whether all units are apartments but ours was and it was large and very comfortable with very good quality furniture and appliances and a very comfortable bed with good quality linens. I´m sure we will visit Seville again and if we do we will stay there again.
Nothing at all negative about the property. Finding it was an issue as Google maps took us to the back of the property instead of the front. That´s a Google problem and not in the least uncommon

A great apartment in a perfect spot in a beautiful city. Perfect for our needs as a couple. The apartment complex has a staffed reception desk which made checking in very easy and meant there was someone to speak to in person if we needed help with anything. The only problem was the temperature control on the shower, which we found tricky to use (it was hard to set correctly and any slight unintentional knock would shift the control). This meant that the hot water got extremely hot, dangerously so in my view. I would not recommend allowing a child to use the shower because of the risk of scolding. Surely the maximum shower temperature could be reduced for reasons of safety and environment?

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It was close to the main sightseeing locations and restaurants. The shared terrace was very big and had beautiful views of the river. If we come back to Seville then we would 100% look to book at this apartment again.

Our stay in this well designed ground floor apartment was great. Maria was wonderful! Nothing was too much trouble for her and she always had a friendly smile. The location is fabulous, the decor beautiful, really comfortable king sized bed, everything is brand new and kitchen has everything you could need.

We couldn´t stay longer!

Hervorzuheben sind die super Lage direkt am Fluss und die sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit Pool und super Blick auf die Altstadt am andern Flussufer. Es liegt alles in fussläufiger Entfernung. Außerdem ist die Wohnung wirklich komplett ausgestattet mit nagelneuem Equipment.

Magnifique logement, très propre, comme sur les photos. Personnel d’accueil réactif à la minute lorsque nous avions besoin d’eux. Très accueillants et gentils. Je recommande à 100% ce logement! Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances grâce à vous!
