pacious apartment with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, three of them en suite, located on the well-known Almansa street in the Arenal neighborhood.

The apartment features a spacious living room with spectacular decor, including a chandelier, a comfortable sofa, side tables, two armchairs, and a Smart TV. Natural light enters through a large window and includes a small loft that serves as a work area with a desk and chair.

The kitchen, adjacent to the living room, is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for its use. The four bedrooms are as follows: the first has a double bed, en suite bathroom, and a wardrobe. The second has a double bed, en suite bathroom, and a small loft as a resting area. Apartamento muy amplio y cómodo. Todo muy nuevo, aunque hay alguna cosa que necesita mantenimiento (una puerta descolgada). La zona es agradable, si bien por las noches puede ser un poco ruidosa al haber un bar en el mismo edificio y otro justo en frente. Una noche apareció la portería llena hasta el techo de las sillas de uno de los restaurantes. El check out es a las 11 y no se pueden dejar las maletas (tampoco donde estaban las sillas). Afortunadamente hay una consigna bastante cerca del apartamento. Volvería otra vez

Entendemos sus preocupaciones sobre el ruido y la portería. Respecto al ruido nos gustaría destacar que este depende de factores externos como festividades que se celebren en la zona, lo que puede provocar que sea un poco más pronunciado según la época del año. Aun así, tomaremos nota su comentario y haremos todo lo posible para abordar cualquier situación que pueda afectar la comodidad de nuestros huéspedes.

Lamentamos también cualquier inconveniente relacionado con el check-out y la falta de espacio para dejar las maletas. Debido a que no poseemos recepción física, lamentablemente no podemos ofrecer servicio de equipaje. Apreciamos su comprensión al respecto y estamos contentos de que haya encontrado una solución conveniente con la consigna cercana que se encuentra disponible.

Nos alegra saber que, a pesar de estos contratiempos, considera volver a hospedarse con nosotros. Será un placer recibirle nuevamente en el futuro para brindarle una experiencia aún mejor.

Pablo’s place is conveniently located to the city center. Lots of restaurants that is within walking distance, and places that you can easily navigate to. The surrounding area is very quiet and private. Inside the space is adequate to accommodate 8 people conveniently and having 4 bathrooms makes it easy to get ready for the day. The kitchen is modern and complete with utensils and pots/pans. They are nice enough to let us check in early. I need to mention Experiences4u, a complimentary service run by Genteel Homes which was very helpful when looking for restaurants and reservations.

Great flat in a central location close to the cathedral and the other areas of interest in Seville. We found the flat with 4 separate double bedrooms clean and comfortable. There is a kitchen area with oven, fridge and microwave if you fancy eating in rather than eat out although there are plenty of good restaurants nearby such as the El Cevichano.

Buenas tardes,cómo ya he comunicado,desde nuestra llegada ha saltado la palanca cada 10 minutos y no pudimos ni comer en casa,ni cargar móvil,ni casi ducharnos.A parte de la luz,solo en dos habitaciones funcionaba el inverter de aire caliente y pasamos mucho frío.A pesar que la casa es muy bonita,no pudimos disfrutarla para nada y tuvimos que quedarnos fuera todo el día y levantarnos por la noche para comprobar si habia corriente para cargar móviles y siempre reponerla. Ademas dos duchas estaban tupida o no sellada con silicona y salía mucha agua.He comunicado esto al host antes de escribir por Air bnb y nos han contestado solo por la noche sin encontrar soluciones y para todo esto (sobretodo por haber comido fuera siempre en 7 personas ) pedimos un reembolso de 200 euros
