Alfalfa Terrace is a newly renovated and furnished duplex penthouse. The apartment has been completely rehabilitated, resulting in a new living space with all the comforts and amenities.
On the first floor, there is a modern living room that opens to the exterior, a completely new and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms, both of which have exterior views. One bedroom features two single beds measuring 90 x 190 cm, and the other has a double bed measuring 150 x 190 cm. Additionally, there is a second independent full bathroom, also with a shower.

Excellent base and location for a special short break family stay in Seville. Property located nearby Plaza Alfalfa where there are many cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarket and other shops all around. Also good location for visiting city centre and other Seville sights. communication with hosts very good and rendezvous arrangements to meet contact with keys to access property also efficient and no problems. Excellent large terrace area located on roof to relax have drinks, snacks, etc. (Accessed via upstairs bedroom.) Apartment well equipped for self catering needs and clean, tidy condition.
Nothing to complain about for us and all good. (Note for info and safety though - perhaps the old and rickety wooden chars and table on the roof terrace should be removed/replaced as they are in poor condition and we did not consider them safe to sit upon. There are sun loungers and a separate decent large table with 6 chairs so not a problem for us. Be very careful anyone regarding the wooden items though.)

Apartamento son 6 personas hay 3 habitaciones muy bien lo que pasa un problema solo 3 rollos pequeños de water no son suficientes para 4 días y pedido necesitamos más rollos para 2 días mas porque ya acabados rollos somos 6 personas . The flat is exactly how is shown in the pictures. I slept in the sofa bed and it was super confy. The apartment is located in the very city centre close to everything, perfect if you have only few days to visit seville. The flat has 2 bathrooms 3 rooms and is divided in 2 floor. At the upper floor there is very nice and big terrace. The 2 bathrooms were OK, both with shower and there was everything we needed for 7 people towels, showergel etc. The kitchen was fully equipped. Everything was clean. I definitely recommend it. (in 7 we stayed OK)
If I have to say something just the second bathroom was little bit small.

Great location, so close to Plaza de Alfalfa with the excellent Bar de Alfalfa, Bodega de Alfalfa, artisan bakery, Carrefour Express, pharmacy and much more. And walking distance to all the main attractions. Our host was very friendly and couldn´t have been more helpful with maps and advice on the local area. A wonderful stay, highly recommended.

1、客房小；2、有一个卫生间太小，洗澡基本不可能；3、热水不够5人以上连续洗，忽冷忽热；4、地板的有些地砖松动，小心脚下；5、公寓的位置提供的是错误的，包括BOOKING、GOOGLE地图上的都是有偏差；5、位于老城区，千万不要开车进来，遇到警察就是罚单，而且道路及窄，容易刮蹭。最佳方案是找房东预订附近的地下车库，直接开过去停好后打车去找公寓。

Dear Guillaume, I want to thank you your review, it will help us to improve and become better hosts. First of all I want to apollogize if you didn´t feel we welcome you the best way we were able. The Hollly Week is a complecated week due to the crowds in the streets all around the city, which forced us to fully planificate the check ins every day. We tried to contact all our guests days before their arrival to arrange it, so they had to wait nothing, or at least just a few minutes, but when we tried to contact you, we were unable to do it, so we didn´t know your estimated time of arrival and that makes very difficult on this special week to do a proper chek in. Check ins are from 3 pm, and you and your group were checked in at 4 pm, and my collegue Lola was waiting for at the apartment when you arrived, because as soon as you contacted us by phone, Lola ran to meet you as fast as she could with this short period of notice. Lamentablemente no pudimos guardarle las maletas ya que el apartamento se ocupaba ese mismo día y necesitábamos limpiarlo y prepararlo para que los siguientes huéspedes pudieran disponer de él a partir de las 15h, es por ello que le comentamos la posibilidad de dejarlas en una empresa llamada Bellhop que funciona como consigna de maletas y por un suplemento le guardan las maletas hasta la hora que necesiten, pero esta empresa es completamente ajena a Genteel Home como ya le explicamos. Por lo que no es correcto decir que hay que pagar por dejar las maletas porque nosotros no le cobramos nada por ello. Saludos

Beautifully and tastefully furnished and in a superb location - close to everything. Great tapas close by and near to everything you could need.
It was cold at night. There were a couple of blankets in one of the cupboards (but only discovered these before the 2nd night - my wife and I were in the room without the cupboard and didn´t want to disturb our friends when it got very cold). Blankets slide off the bed and most people prefer a light duvet. There was a lack of mirrors in the apartment as only really in the bathrooms and 1 upstairs bedroom. It was also extremely noisy at night especially at the weekend so take ear plugs. The sound seems to really travel up the small alley. No toiletries at all even though they were supposed to be provided. I don´t mind the lack of toiletries but I resent having to buy soap bars to wash your hands as soon as you arrive. For me that´s a very basic requirement in an apartment.

About the blankets, there is a quilt for every bed in the house, so probably the problem was you didn´t look for it on the correct wardrove. The neigbour where our apartment is located has a lot of life, and could be to vibrant if you are used to spleeps with the windows opened, but if you close them, the noyse can get inside, I asure you. We always give information about public parkings in the surroindings but sometimes the spaces are too small. And about the noise, it´s true that sometimes it could be a little bit loud if the windows are open, but this is in a certain way the price to pay for being on the heart of the city.
