Ubicación excelente y nos facilitaron un parking con tarifa especial para clientes del apartamento.Nos costó 16,50 euros diarios. Decoración y mobiliario super cuidado y moderno, las camas grandes y muy cómodas Todo tipo de detalles en menaje de cocina, no faltaba de nada(lavadora secadora, electrodomésticos de todo tipo)
Sin queja de nada, por decir algo.....poca intensidad en la iluminación de ciertas zonas de la casa. Y algún detalle para desayuno......solo habían dejado 8 cápsulas de café y el apartamento lo teníamos para 8 personas 4 días

房间超级大!三个主卧室都有卫生间!书房小屋没有卫生间但是沙发床睡着也很舒服,整套房子的装修设计和软装饰都是艺术公寓级别的!厨房也超级大,设施非常齐全!位置那是相当的好,去主要景点都是步行距离!旁边就是一个大型停车场,可以停很大的车,我们停车两天给了30多欧,也可以接受。

Massima cura dei dettagli. Arredamento estremamente curato, di alta qualità e design. Massima pulizia di tutti gli ambienti. Non posso che esprimere tutta la mia soddisfazione per il soggiorno offertomi e fare i miei più sinceri complimenti alla gestione ed ai suoi architetti per l´eccellente lavoro svolto e la massima cura dei dettagli che rendono un soggiorno indimenticabile.
El calentador,para una casa tan grande tarda en llegar el agua caliente
Apartamento de lujo totalmente equipado. Al estar en una calle muy céntrica y con bares y restaurantes alrededor, se nota algo de ruido en la habitación que da a dicha calle.
La atención del personal de Genteel-Home es extraordinaria.
No se pude dormir!! Toda la noche hay musica y gritos ! Ruidos molestos y gente alcoholizada peleando en la calle!!

Estimado Cristian, muchas gracias por su comentario. Nos alegra mucho saber que les ha gustado el apartamento en cuanto a su confort y amplitud. Sentimos mucho que el ruido exterior les haya molestado, pero si durante su estancia hubo alguna pelea en la calle y ruidos es algo completamente ajeno a nosotros y fuera de nuestro control, lo cual nos parece muy injusto por su parte que por este factor nos valore tan bajo en el aspecto de Personal. Esperamos que haya disfrutado de su estancia en Sevilla. Saludos
La pega k ponemos es k a la ducha del fondo no llegaba el agua caliente. Para calentar el piso tienen aparatos de aire,no calefacciones
Appartamento con un bel salone tre camere da letto con bagno è un divano letto, cucina molto ben attrezzata con asciugatrice. Unico neo, si sente il vociare e la confusione che proviene dal bar Montecristo situato proprio sotto la casa, non facile dormire nella camera che si affaccia sulla strada, i bagni sono senza bidet.
Una de las habitaciones da a la calle principal y debajo hay unos bares que no cierran hasta las 2 o 3 de la mañana y se escucha jaleo, pero se puede dormir bien.
