C’est un bel appartement avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain, intérieur, situé dans l’un des endroits les plus recherchés de Florence. Le bâtiment est situé sur la même Piazza Pitti, juste en face du Palais du même nom.
En entrant dans l’appartement, nous trouvons le salon, petit mais confortable, avec Smart TV, table à manger pouvant accueillir 4 personnes et un canapé. La salle fait office de distributeur. Par là, vous pouvez accéder à une belle cuisine indépendante, une salle de bain complète avec douche et la pièce principale, avec un lit double de 1,50 x 1,90 m, Smart TV et une salle de bain complète en suite avec douche.

The host was impatient and unhelpful. When we couldn’t find the apartment (note is is 22 but it looks like 99 on the number even our local taxi was confused) she was grumpy and rude, marching down and telling me off in the street. She works on assumed knowledge of Florence (like where to take out the rubbish) and was unhelpful when asked a few questions (we soon gave up). Note there was one roll of toilet paper for a five day stay and no other toiletries so don’t forget to BYO

Loved the location! It was right in Piazza Pitti and literally 200 m walk from Il Ponte Vecchio. I would go running every morning along the river to breathtaking views. Unforgettable! The appartment was cozy, nicely decorated. It is not a "view from the window" kinda appartment, because you mostly see rooftops from the windows, but honestly who needs a view, when you are located in the middle of one of the most famous views in the world! All the ammenities were there. The bathrooms were renovated and modern. I was there with my husband and my two daughters (age 10 and 13) and the whole appartment was spacious enough for all of us. We didn´t get to use all ammenities and appliances because we mostly ate out, but I could see that the appartment can be also great for longers stays. The guests, Chiara and Rosalba were really nice and their response to a small issue with the heater was extremely quick. As I said the location is amazing. You have plenty of restaurants around, just 300 m away there´s a supermarket (Conad) and right before crossing the road to enter Ponte Vecchio, stop in the morning (it opens at 8:20) for the best croissants at Ginos Bakery.
I had a small issue with the heater in the first day, but the guests solved it pretty quick and other than that, I did not have any other problem. It was all great.

Being told that could not arrive till 3 hours after checkin and then not clean and told it would be ready at 9 pm (6hrs after checkin). pictures in email don’t match the flat.
