This amazing apartment is located on the corner between Zegrí and Alcazabilla Streets, in one of the most beautiful and exclusive quarters in the city.
The apartment has more than 200 m2, with four large bedrooms, two of them with double beds of 1.80 * 2.00 m, and the other two with twin beds of 0.90 * 2.00 m each, all of them with lots of natural light thanks to the beautiful balconies in each one has. In addition, it has two full bathrooms with shower, and independent from the bedrooms. The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped with everything our guests might need. And the best thing about the apartment is the living room, which has four balconies with views to the Alcazaba and the Roman Theater, which provide a pleasant light during the whole the day.

The location! It was amazing. So central. Plenty of space. Clean and light. Comfortable and spacious. Hope to be back again in the future! Loved that we found out all about Antonia Banderas and although we didn’t have the pleasure of meeting him this time, there’s always next time! Good to have a kitchen with plenty of accessories. The showers were good. Decor was lovely throughout. A lovely weekend and the host made us so welcome too.
Hard to think of something- the second bathroom toilet took a longer time to fill. One of the bedrooms had a little noise from El Pimpi- particularly for morning deliveries and cleaning. BUT still worth going- if you are a lighter sleeper, maybe wear ear plugs.

Fantastic location, central to the city historic centre with all the sites and restaurants. Great interior space and facilities including fully equipped kitchen for large family group. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. Very professional company, great comms and support during stay.
Apartment is situated directly above a number of restaurants, so don’t be surprised by some late night noise. We were aware of this when booking but you do need to be aware.

very quick response from stuff, gave some recommendations. perfect location for sightseeing, but be careful if you are not in love with night old town noises.

Several cases did not function properly or were not tidy: flickering light, locks of bathrooms sometimes did not open or close properly, coffee machine leaked. Kitchen inventory is small and has high IKEA levels. So was chrome work in bathrooms that had now started to rust, a shame for a building with such potential and price.

A lot of street noise because of the underlying hospitality industry. Lots of shifts with tables and chairs. Terasses are cleaned up every night. Only from 1am to 4am it was quite quiet. (we stayed in an apartment on the 2nd floor) For weekly stays, you will get only 1 large, white, towel and 1 small, white, towel per person. 1 kitchen towel and per 2pers. 1 small bottle shampoo/body wash. After requesting a towel change in the middle of the week, it was rejected. No possibility to leave the valises in a room before leaving for the airport after 11:00. In 1 toilet the water supply to the reservoir was broken, it took a long time before the reservoir was filled back. No response was received after notification.

The property is lovely and well laid out. perfectly positioned for museums, shopping, brilliant food and a 15 minute stroll to the city beach. The air conditioning worked well, when needed. and the kitchen was well equipped. A toilet breakage was sorted and communication with Gentile Homes was very good. We akso were allowed to enter the apartment early, which was a real plus! Be aware that this is a noisy and popular location, where unless you get into the local time zone, can effect sleep. This aside we felt that this minor downside was more than made up for by the location, views, atmosphere and space offered within the apartment. We would most definately return!!! If I had to suggest something to make it 100% perfect, it would be a full length mirror or two as there weren´t any, and perhaps some extra small towels for our hair, not just our hands.
Many thanks for all the help through the various cancellations due to the pandemic too. Staff went over and above to help us.

PS the full size hairdryers were really appreciated - the description had said ´hairdryer in the bathroom´ so we were expecting those fixed wall ones, but these were just standard ones that could be plugged in anywhere.
