Large designer apartment in the historic center of Malaga.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a beautiful classical building, WITHOUT elevator. The building has been completely restored and renovated.
The whole apartment is exterior so it has plenty of natural light. The living room is furnished with design and has a double sofa bed for two people. On the main floor where the living room is located, there are also two exterior bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1.50 x 2.00 and the other with two single beds of 0.90 x 1.90. The kitchen and one of the complete bathrooms are also on the main floor and are equipped with everything you need.

Además, ofrecemos una amplia gama de alojamientos donde pueden elegir el que mejor se ajuste a sus necesidades.
En cuanto al sofá cama, entendemos su observación. Sin embargo, en ningún momento se considera una habitación separada, ya que se encuentra en la zona común del alojamiento. Si buscaban mayor privacidad, quizás un alojamiento con más dormitorios hubiera sido más adecuado para sus necesidades.

I´m not sure it´s possible to be more central in Malaga. Literally step outside the door and you are right in the middle of a vibrant atmosphere of restaurants bars and shops. In spite of this the windows and shutters provide excellent noise and light reduction. The apartment was comfortable for four of us with two bathrooms and a nice seating area to relax and chat in. Kitchen well equipped too.
Just be aware that the apartment is on the third floor with no lift so you will be lugging bags and going up and down quite a lot during your stay.

Location was perfect - right in the hub and of the activity. Shops and restaurants everywhere. Now far from the pier which was a beautiful walking and restaurant area. Many vendor shops at the pier.
3rd floor, steep narrow staircase - no elevator; taxis cannot drive in that area but it’s just a few yards from taxi stand.

Heerlijk appartement in het midden van het historische centrum. Van alle gemakken voorzien en goed geïsoleerd, je zit midden in het centrum maar met de ramen dicht hoor je niks van de drukte op straat! Keurige badkamers, heerlijke bedden (ook de slaapbank) en super vriendelijk ontvangen! ps. bij Bar Madrid, precies onder het appartement, kan je perfect terecht voor een echt lekker Spaans ontbijtje!

great location, check-in is also very quick, Malaga is beautiful, just a full rest. apartment super equipped - you can cook if you like clean and spacious.
There is no hanger or a wardrobe at the entrance so that you don´t have to take your jackets and shoes to the bedroom - and with 9 jackets and 9 pairs of shoes it´s a mess. apartment on the 3rd floor without an elevator - but we knew about it and it didn´t bother us - a bit of traffic won´t hurt. La ubicación es EXCELENTE y LAS CAMAS COMODAS, tiene lo básico y es grande , los baños muy bien equipados toallas grandes! Flexibilidad de entrega del apartamento.
La suciedad de la escaleras de la comunidad, NO tiene Ascensor, y un poco de mal olor en la escalera de la comunidad. (Existen ambientadores y botes antigüedades...)

Nice apartment, clean, new. Reception and contact was well arranged. The beds are a little hard, but for a couple of nights not bad. Double window frames that was fantastic. In the center but no noise. Air conditioning in every room. Definitely worth repeating.

A tener en cuenta que por las noches hay mucho murmullo de la gente de la calle, ya que es una zona de copas y restaurantes. Todo y que las ventanas estan aisladas el ruido es muy molesto hasta altas horas de la noche. Es un tercero sin ascensor.

Fantastisch mooi en schoon appartement, ligging kan niet perfecter! Goede communicatie via de app met Belinda, al voor vertrek. Ook veel leuke tips gekregen. We hebben ontzettend fijne dagen in Malaga gehad! Eigenlijk hoegenaamd niet in het appartement geweest. Mocht je in de zomer gaan: overal airco aanwezig!
De trappen ´s nachts naar boven,, haha ;-) V.w.b. geluid: wij vonden dat reuze meevallen, het heeft ook wel wat. Je voelt dat de stad leeft!

we had a great time in malaga, staying at the most central apartment. super clean, easy contact with the owner. would recomment this stay to everyone who wants to stay in the center of malaga!!

Moesten even wennen aan de herrie ´s nachts.... Maar ja, ook wel weer logisch als je op zo´n centrale plek in het centrum zit!! Daar hoort levendigheid bij!!
Brabantse nachten zijn lang, ook die in Malaga ;) Na lange dagen en avonden in Malaga merk je niets van het ‘buitenlawaai’ ...

No number or other ID on door so hard to find. Instructions for microwave and cooktop would have been nice.
The apartment door was not numbered so had difficulty finding it. The top floor bedroom was smaller than expected. Being in the middle of town there was a lot of noise outside the apartment especially late at night.
Belinda, muy buena anfitriona y muy atenta. Muy buena ubicación y todo en el apartamento a estrenar. Perfecto para viajar con familia, pareja o amigos.
Por comentar algo, que sea un tercer piso sin ascensor, pero es normal en un edificio antiguo.
Narrow, windy stairs that were not mentioned at the beginning of the booking process. Because the location is right above restaurants and bars it made it very noisy late at night, early morning. Parking is a bit of a walk in a public garage and expensive!
Это наш первый опыт бронирования апартаментов:Все прошло на отлично!!! -расположение :самый центр!!! -современный дизайн ; в наличии все необходимое для проживания!! -главным для нас двух семейных пар было наличие отдельных санузлов: душ и унитаз-есть в каждом!!! - в каждой комнате кондиционер!! -предоставляется комплекты сменного белья и огромное количество полотенец -супермаркет за углом( смотри карты гугла) Все как на картинке!!! за день до нашего приезда хозяин прислал смс о времени заезда и когда мы приехали нас уже ждали : прямо на улице у дверей!!! Спасибо большое за прекрасный отдых!!!!!!
-нет лифта ! а подниматься придется каждый день по довольно крутой лестнице! Поэтому родителям с маленькими детьми и пожилым людям будет не легко... -ковер в центральной комнате нужно либо чистить -либо убрать совсем....
