The Paseo de Reding apartment is a magnificent design apartment just 150m from the beach of La Malagueta with a privileged location, also next to the main area of cultural and commercial interest.
The property, with quality finishes and a careful design consists of living room with dining area, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious and bright living room consists of a living area with two sofas and a side table, and a dining area with table with seating for up to six guests. From this stay you can also see the sea, a privilege because of the proximity of the beach. The first of the bedrooms has a double bed, while the other two have two single beds each. For other part, both bathrooms are complete with shower plate and the kitchen has all the equipment necessary for an optimal use of it; As well as a breakfast bar.

Los problemas es que olia a mal( a cloaca) se lo comentamos a la chica que nos abrió la puerta y dijo que intentaria resolverlo ( no vimos que hiciera nada y todos los dias tuvimos mal olor). Tambien nos apareció un escarabajo en el salon comedor. Otro tema que deberian solucionar es que estaba una persiana rota en una de las habitaciones traseras y que el patio trasero donde daban las habitaciones seria interesante que lo limpiaran un poco.

Het is een grote accommodatie voor zes personen. Alles is ruim en ook voldoende servies, vaatwasser en wasmachine. Appartement was netjes en schoon en het gebouw waarin het appartement zich bevind is ook netjes. Goede WiFi. Dichtbij het strand en met een kwartiertje sta je midden in het centrum. Un apartamento muy cómodo, amplio y limpio. Muy cerca del centro y de la zona de restaurantes y bares.
Camas individuales pequeñas y un poco blandas. Y entre semana una calle ruidosa.

La atención de Rocío y sus compañeras ha sido ejemplar, ayudándonos en todo lo que necesitábamos.
