Había muchísimas cucarachas. En la encimera de la cocina, cuarto de baño, en las paredes del salón, las habitaciones y ya he visto por los comentarios de otros usuarios que no es un caso aislado. Nosotros con un bebé de 6 meses no podíamos llenar el piso de insecticidas. No hay sabanas en las camas solo el nórdico, las almohadas muy finas y el colchón de matrimonio era de muelle y hacia ruido cada vez que te movías.

Beautiful, spacious and well kept apartment on the first floor. Very good kitchen setup.
There were cockroaches in the bathroom. The worst location. Because we were traveling by train, we booked rooms that were centrally located. Big mistake! We were there Wednesday and Thursday and the noise from people having a good time downstairs didn´t die down till bars closed at 4am. There was a loud and extended physical alteration the second night. For a forty year old light sleeper, I had virtually no sleep both nights. Absolutely, the worst sleeping situation in my travels. No fault of the hosts, it´s just poor planning on our part.

Alquilábamos un apartamento con tres habitaciones, como una buhardilla, supuestamente, cual fue nuestra sorpresa que era un apartamento de dos habitaciones con sofá cama. Great location - simply amazing, you are 3 min walk to the Cathedral, 2 min walk to the Picasso Museum, 8 min walk to the Mercado. The perfect location to explore! Great place and decor - beautifully made with nice touches Nice staff - even though we had trouble reaching to the person who was supposed to let us in, once after we met they were very nice and gave us a lot of recommendations
Parking - please note that if you are renting a car it will be difficult to find parking and get your luggage to the apartment as it is situated in possibly the busiest spot in Malaga, which is also a pedestrian zone only Stairs - while the building is lovely and old, that means that there is also no elevator. If you are physically challenged to climb stairs this might be an issue.

Esta muy bonito y cuidado, es espacioso y con todo lo necesario.
Suciedad y olor en el portal. Imposible tener la puerta del portal cerrada, siempre la dejan abierta los vecinos, lo que genera bastante inseguridad. La ubicación es muy buena, pero está tan en el centro que es imposible no oír la calle aún con dobles ventanas.

Zona cucina cieca e bagno cieco, con le luci fredde faceva un pò effetto obitorio. Qualche arredamento da sistemare ma sono detttagli. Occhio che non esiste parcheggio libero, ma non nel senso che è difficile trovare ma che proprio non c´è. Minimo 25€ al giorno.

Location was superb! The host was there to meet us and even though we struggled to find parking she waited for us. She was extremely friendly and also advised us on things to do in the area.

Limpieza del portal,en el bajo del edificio hay un restaurante comida turca y todo el portal huele a comida. El sofá es incomodisimo para estar sentado y encontramos cucarachas en la cocina.

A large and comfortable apartment in the heart of the old town, full of life 24 hours a day, and if that´s what you´re looking for, there´s no better choice. The beds were very good, the kitchen had everything you need, including coffee and essentials for cooking, the bathroom was spacious and practical. Thank you, we had a great time!
It is one of the most visited streets in the spa town of Malaga, which means that those who want peace and quiet should choose something else (this is not a complaint, just a recommendation).

Die Ausstattung war ok.
Die absolut unglaubliche Lautstärke vor der Wohnung zu jeder Tages und Nachtzeit. Wir haben eine Woche kaum geschlafen. Es ist die lauteste Kreuzung der gesamten Altstadt und dies wurde mit keinem Wort in der Beschreibung erwaehnt. Das Haus selber ist auch sehr hellhörig, so dass man den „Verkehr“ ueber uns auch hautnah miterleben musste.

Its a great central location in the city center. you can walk anywhere.
it is so incredibly noisy that you cannot get a good night sleep. it is quiet between 4am and 8am. all other hours is noisy and loud. maintenance of the prpoerty could be better (door-table-dresser all were broken)

4 noches sin dormir , es un primer piso en una calle peatonal y aún con covid había gritos, gente , peleas cada noche hasta las 3 am!!!!! No me quiero imaginar un año normal como debe ser estar ahí ! Definitivamente no para nosotros

Street can get a little noisy. Potential to get locked in hallway (almost happened) on checkout if another guest has dead locked the main door to the building... Keys are left in apt on checkout but main exit buzzer only works if main door is not deadlocked and now your keys are locked inside the apt. Lucky we had a smart traveller in our group and he checked before we closed our apt door.
Although a fabulous apartment it is noisy all night long so something to bear in mind if staying with children. Could do with chairs out on balcony. Would benefit from a long mirror somewhere in the apartment.
Being very central the property couldn’t keep out the noise of the buzz of the crowd every night which at the weekend went on all through the night.
Resultó incómodo tener las maletas en el suelo todo el tiempo, no hay taburete, sillas o algo parecido Tampoco hay perchas fuera de los armarios , en el baño eran insuficientes para colgar las toallas húmedas. Que no digan desde el primer momento que no disponen de ascensor. La escalera es muy incomada para subir y bajar y estaba bastante sucia

Al estar en pleno centro histórico y siendo Málaga una con tanta vida, es posible que ocasionalmente se perciba algo de ruido procedente del exterior. Respecto a la ausencia del ascensor, sentimos que no haya leído esa información, pero puede comprobar que así está indicado en las características de los apartamentos Picasso. De hecho, se indica que el acceso es únicamente mediante escaleras. Igualmente tomamos nota de sus comentarios y trabajaremos para seguir mejorando. Hola Ignacio, lamentamos que haya sentido tanto ruido, las ventanas tienen un doble acristalamiento y muy bueno, obviamente ela ubicación es inmejorable pleno centro de la ciudad pero durante el día con las ventanas abiertas es normal que haya ruido ya que es calle de mucho transito. Le recomiendo para la próxima vez no alojarse en pleno dentro de la ciudad sino quiere oír nada de ruido, tenemos más apartamentos en diferentes zonas de la ciudad de Málaga por si les interna . Regards the beds comfort, all beds are brand new so i am sorry you found them a bit hard to sleep in. The appartment in right in the city centre so it is normal to hear ocasional noise. Malaga is full of lige and the location of the apartment is one of its most attractive points. Usually is very calm and we barely have this kind of issues . The location was excellent. There´s nothing quite like stepping out of your front door and into a street lined with bars and restaurants.
The excellent location meant it was noisy, and never more so than when the kebab shop directly underneath our bedroom got busy around 2am.

Great location, central located, close to all interesting places. Has been refurbished with taste and attention for details. Larger than we expected.
NOISE, NOISE, NOISE: located adjacent a bar, and with clubs around the corner. Maybe because it was a public holiday period, but almost impossible to sleep before 2 a.m. due to singing, talking, clapping, ... at one night even till 4am. As of 5 am public cleaning services start, so not really a place for light sleepers.
The apartment was impeccable. Clean and comfortable. The "landlady" was friendly and helpful. The location is amazing - - right in the center of things.
The only complaint was the noise from the street. It is really never quiet. It is very lively in the evening, and the all night kabab (which was very good!) next to the door attracts folks all night, but especially at 6am on Thurs and Fri. It meant we changed our plans a bit, taking afternoon naps, but some people might not like it.
La escalera de subida muy empinada, no apta para ir con carritos. Aún así nosotros llevamos uno y resultaba muy complicado tener q subirlo. Las sábanas y toallas necesitan un cambio, aunque no estaban sucias si q tenían muy mal color.
Quizá la hora del check out podrían alargarla un poco, las 11 es bastante temprano,

The apartment is on a very noisy street, and right above a few cafes that open very late into the night/early morning. Unfortunately, the windows are not sound proof and we barely slept during our three day stay as the noise was so pervasive. For those not into the Malaga night life, I would think twice before staying there simply because the noise was unbearable. It´s a shame because the apartment is very nice and the hosts were great. Perhaps if they find a solution to the noise.
Los anfitriones estuvieron muy atentos enviando recomendaciones, siendo muy fácil el proceso de check-in y check-out. El apartamento está perfecto, con camas muy cómodas, baño muy limpio y confortable (aunque sólo hay uno) y ubicación inmejorable en el mismo centro.
Lo único que podría calificar de un problema es que, a pesar de que está bien insonorizado, por la noche los gritos de alguno son tan fuertes que se sigue oyendo.
is not related with apartment but is good to know that the Malaqueta beach is very dirty. You can find a pieces of glass or buts in the sand. I am surprise that they don´t clean the beach during the night time or early morning like in Gran Canaria.
